It was the second time we enjoyed a 2 weeks stay in Vincent’s lovely home. And we hope to come back again!

Barry is a fantastic host! He was super responsive, making the check-in process seamless and always available to quickly answer any questions. The location is perfect—getting to and from the airport was incredibly easy and convenient. The fantastic backyard offers plenty of amenities for a perfect summer day with friends, whether lounging, grilling, or simply enjoying the beautiful weather. We love cooking, and the kitchen exceeded our expectations—it was impressively well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious home-cooked meals effortlessly. We highly recommend staying at Barry's place. Thanks again for everything, Barry!

We can in for Stagecoach weekend, a bit of a drive but worth it. Our stay was cozy and had everything we needed. Hosts had flexible check-in and very responsive. We felt right at home and enjoyed our first time out in Joshua Tree after the weekend was over!

Loved it! I wish we could have stayed longer. This place was well positioned for a day trip into Joshua Tree National Park, or just a trip to the towns of Yucca Valley or Joshua Tree for quirky, arty, fun exploration and wandering. It was so satisfying to be in the high desert air and get out of the big city! Elena's decor is very tasteful and we particularly enjoyed the selection of books. Next time we will bring what we need to cook a meal in this very well equipped kitchen. Thanks, Elena!

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

Ivan was an incredible host. He responded so quickly both before our stay and during our stay for any questions or needs. The best host I have had in all the years I have used Airbnb. The house is beautiful! The outside space is gorgeous. The pool is huge and heated perfectly. So many pool toys and the jacuzzi was perfect. Great BBQ and outside seating area with beautiful lighting. Outside beds were so perfect and so much shade from the heat when needed. Great pool table and huge TV. The kitchen was fully stocked, including a beautiful cheese and meat platter, fruit, drinks and more. I recommend this house to everyone and plan on going back! Thank you Ivan!

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay here. Highly recommend this Airbnb. Grill to eat at home, comfy beds, and spacious layout. Beautiful scenery around to just sit outside and look up at the stars from the jacuzzi :) Friendly and helpful hosts.

Very nice place, as described, great desert ambiance with privacy. Some wear and tear as you'd expect in any Airbnb but overall better than serviceable. Pool was great for the kids and we loved the espresso machine and movie projector. Recommended!

Fantastic spot! The place itself was very clean, spacious and very easy to settle into. Kitchen had a coffee maker which was great! The property itself is very private and lots of room to lounge and take in the lovely weather. It is very nicely located between Joshua Tree and Palm Springs so we could go wherever we felt like without much of a drive. Karen was very friendly, communicative and clear in the instructions including check-in and check-out details. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely come back on our next trip to the Palm Springs area!

This is a little sanctuary in the desert. Really interesting and thoughtful design inside, Audrey is a gem of a human. Highly recommended for a starry escape, would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat

The studio was very cozy! It was what we needed for our Joshua Tree trip- comfortable beds, AC, kitchen, and we loved the added amenities of the pool after a long day of hiking and the deck for stargazing (the skies were clear and incredible). Thank you for hosting!

Great space in the legacy villas which is a very nice community of condos/townhomes with several pools and great views. The space was comfortable and had everything we need. The host was great and was very communicative and accommodating. Would stay here again!

This was our second time at the Owl Pine and it was just as awesome as our first visit. The hosts are amazing, the space is perfect and is close to trails and town. We love the creek access and the peacefulness of the space. We hope to come back again!

Had a wonderful stay at Erin's Stargazing Boat Escape to Avalon. The name says it all. It was literally a stargazing escape on a boat to paradise. The place was so beautiful. From the awesome interior design of the house to the amazing backyard, you can tell Erin put a lot of thought and love in making this place special. I wish i had more time to enjoy everything. I will definitely be coming back. To top it all, I saw my first shooting star while laying on the boat. Wow!

We had the most wonderful stay at Elizabeth and Jason’s cabin! From the moment I booked, they were incredibly kind and communicative—answering questions quickly and making sure everything was seamless. The space itself is just beautiful: cozy, stylish, and filled with light. The living room has such a peaceful vibe with its wood-burning stove and high ceilings, and the bedroom feels like a serene treehouse with those gorgeous windows and forest views. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d absolutely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough—thank you both for being such fantastic hosts!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was clean and stylish - it had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Loved the peaceful desert views, the hot tub, and the hammocks. It was a bit tough to find the house at night when we arrived, but we were able to find it and the hosts were helpful.

Came up here for a girls trip and had such a wonderful time! This cabin was cozy, we built a fire and drank wine will catching up and it was perfect. Cabin was clean, we had everything we needed and beds were super comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for anything. 10/10 would stay again!

Great spot to connect with Idyllwild, exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful house, with the best view of the mountains, just what we wanted! Amy was so nice & informative & very responsive if needed!

My son and I have been visiting Idyllwild a few times a year since he was a young teen. We've stayed all over town, and we like Astrid's best so far. We came this time to lock ourselves in for the weekend of Alien Day (iykyk) to watch all of the movies. I chose this place because of the living room and TVs, and my son loved bringing his vinyl to spin. It was perfect for our niche trip. The photos don't do the place justice. It's cozy and interesting and filled with cool little details in each space. All of the instructions are clear, and Astrid is beyond helpful when answering ridiculous little questions. From the windows we saw deer families, chonky squirrels, and a very proud blue jay. At dusk, we heard the adorable clicks and commotion of resident bats. Astrid's place is perfect for families, couples, grown siblings. It's got great common areas and private rooms. A fantastic place that we will stay in again as soon as we have a chance.
