Such a beautiful apartment! We have never stayed in such a clean Air B and B, everything was absolutely spotless, from the bathroom to all the crockery and cutlery. The bathroom is gorgeous!! It’s so spa - like which was very appreciated after a day in the hills. To say it’s such a short walk to all the bars and restaurants Windermere has to offer we were surprised by how peaceful it felt. We will definitely stay again.

Nick was very helpful and accommodating as we weren't sure of our ETA. Accommodation was lovely and comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs, with amenities nearby.

The apartment was clean, and my son loved the cereal and milk left, that was a nice touch. We booked it to got to a Man City game and it is practically on the doorstep. Great location. The instructions were thorough and easy to follow.

We had a 3 night stay at the Garden Flat. We were made very welcome and the accomodation had everything we needed. We were blessed with good weather so could make the best of the beautiful area and especially the peaceful, pretty garden. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

We stayed here as a base for our annual trip to the Harrogate flower show and I have to say it is the best place we have stayed! We loved everything about it, the accommodation was immaculate with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, comfy beds and an amazing location that was ideal for walking in to Harrogate. We would definitely stay here again in future and would recommend it to others.

This apartment is ideally situated for exploring the surrounding area. It is extremely well equipped, clean, comfortable and spacious with a great outdoor terrace. There were lovely touches provided by Jenny, a beautiful bowl of fruit & biscuits, milk & cereal. We were a group of five adults visiting Settle and completing The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge (Excellent Location). Jenny is an amazing communicative host and nothing is too much trouble. She gave us great restaurant recommendations and information about Settle. Highly Recommend This Apartment.

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

We have no complaints at all, spotlessly clean, and modern, fully equipped and felt at home straight away. Mark was very helpful and the place is to a very high decorative standard even with a soft close toilet. Would love to stay again, great local pub within a 100 meters with fantastic food. Lovely walks around the area, Zara (our dog) loved it.

Lovely house, big bedrooms, comfy beds, clean linens & towels, very clean, well maintained. Two smart TVs, nice lounge with two sofas, well equipped modern kitchen. Nice bath and shower, good hot water. We had a wonderful time. Great for a family. Slept really well. Quiet neighbours. Parked outside house on street. We hope to return. Thanks Stephen.

Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!

Perfect location for exploring the seafront, directly opposite the gorgeous art deco Midland Hotel. Very spacious, clean apartment with everything you could need for a self-catering stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time in the area.

We had a lovely stay, so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The apartment was perfect and it’s ideal for parents with Uni age children staying in Headingley. James Baillie Park is walking distance.

From the moment I arrived I was warmly welcomed by my wonderful hosts. After a tour of the apartment I settled in immediately, feeling at home and very relaxed. The kitchen and utility room are well appointed with everything you could want (plus treats for canine & humans, throws, dog beds and towels etc.), the cosy living room has a VERY comfortable sofa, dining table/chairs and a cabinet full of things to entertain every member of your family (including your dog!). The king sized bed is very comfortable and the room is tastefully decorated with a relaxing atmosphere, guaranteed to enhance sweet dreams. The bathroom is wonderful-not only is the shower a generous size but is lovely and powerful but the whole bathroom has plenty of space and is very cosy with plush towels a plenty! I didn’t try out the spa bath but it is available for people who prefer baths instead. All in all, I thoroughly recommend Sue and Kevin’s apartment (not forgetting to mention their two lovely labradors)

Chris’ place is great! Very clean and uncluttered. The spiral stair is very steep! It was a short walk down hill to the town which is beautiful. Very picturesque! The views from the windows of the property are mostly of fields but lovely to see the trees. You can also see the church from the bedroom window. The road to town is very busy and fast, but it is short and when in the property you can’t hear it.

Our stay at the house was absolutely wonderful. Everything was incredibly well-organized, beautifully decorated, spotless, and truly impeccable. From the very beginning, Nihal welcomed us with such warmth and care, always attentive and thoughtful. She went above and beyond by surprising our children with a lovely Easter gift such a special gesture that touched our hearts. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house had everything we could possibly need, making us feel completely at home. It was truly an exceptional experience, and staying at this house made our weekend even more special. Thank you, Nihal, for your kindness and for providing such a perfect place for our family to create beautiful memories. We hope to return someday!

Very close to Winter Gardens, apartment was clean and had everything you needed! even a cupboard full of essentials in case we forgot something 😊 Nic was very clear with the instructions and provided useful information! will definitely use this place again!

Was there for the marathon which started at old Trafford, so very handy. Perfect flat with lots of amenities and the place was spotless. Suhel was very helpful and sent lots of communication before my stay.
