It was a great location. The apartment was roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to make a good meal. Markets and lots of shopping was within walking distance.

We had a really nice week at Giulia and roberto’s place. There was plenty of space, it was well equipped and completely spotless. Giulia was very helpful in aiding us when we had questions and gave us some very good recommendations (including the very good market below the apartment which sells many regional specialities and the nearby ‘bar stop’ which has some of the best bar snacks I’ve ever tried!) The location is a bit further from the centre than others but it’s well connected by bus or you can walk in in about 30 mins. Overall it was a great experience and would really recommend… thank you!

Dimitris ci ha accolti in questa splendida villa dandoci consigli su dove andare a mangiare,visitare posti , spiegge. Non serve avere un itinerario di viaggio lui ha creato una guida per tutto. Un'esperienza indimenticabile torneremo sicuramente.

Ολα ηταν εξαιρετικα. Η κυρια κωνσταντινα ηταν πολυ φιλικη με εμας και πολυ επικοινωνιακη. Ο χωρος ειναι εξαιρετικος για την βεραντα δεν υπαρχουν λογια εξαιρετικη. Το κεντρο 5 λεπτα με τα ποδια. Οποτε ξαναερθουμε πατρα σε εσας θα ερθουμε κατευθειαν διχως δευτερη σκεψη ευχαριστουμε για ολα.

Schöne, hervorragend ausgestattete, chice Wohnung. Kostenlose Parkplätze hintern Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, auch Imbiss, Pizzerien. Die 4-spurige Straße ist leider nahezu durchgängig gut befahren.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Emanuela e l’appartamento devo dire che si è rivelato davvero delizioso. Tutto nuovo, arredamento di stile e minimale, tutti il necessario pero. Appartamento a metà tra catanzaro citta e lido, buona scelta se ci si vuole spostare. Un plus per la possibilità di poter portare il nostro cane , il quale ha apprezzato molto il loro bel prato inglese. Sia Emanuela che il marito si sono dimostrati gentili e disponibili, Se ricapiteremo in zona sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta.

Неймовірна квартира та вид! Все виглядає як на фото, квартира дуже чиста, сонячна та затишна. Гарний вид, ідеально розташування, близько до пляжу, а також до центру. Поруч магазини та ресторани :) Дім знаходить на тихій вуличці, тож дуже зручно, немає галасу машин. Класні заходи сонця 😍 Олександр, дуже привітний, завжди на звʼязку, допомогає у всіх питаннях. Дякуємо за чудове перебування! Це був неймовірний досвід, почувалися як у дома🤍

Dit appartement ligt tegen het centrum aan. Twee straatjes door en je staat op de hoofdstraat en wandelt zo richting de zeezijde van Brindisi. Omdat de straatjes allemaal betaald parkeren is, is het aan te raden de overdekte parkeerplaats bij te reserven (15 euro per dag). Deze ligt alleen op 7 minuten lopen afstand, maar was voor ons geen probleem. Voordeur d.m.v. code en sleutel ligt klaar in sleutelkluisje. Je ziet dus verder geen personen. Maar app-communicatie verloopt soepel. Prima plek dus voor enkele dagen Brindisi.

Logement très bien situé. Hôte très gentil. Logement grand.

We loved our stay! The villa was super clean, well furnished with quality and heart, and you can’t get enough of the view and the pool. Surrounded by olive trees and just a car ride away from the coast with some hidden beaches and nice restaurants, for us it was perfect. Evan is also very attentive and takes care that you have everything you need. We hope to come back in some time.

We had a wonderful stay, both Angelo and Giorgio were helpful and responsive and gave great recommendations! The apartment fit the 4 of us perfectly, and wow what a stunning view! We could see the huge cliffs of Albania on a clear day! Close enough to walk into Castro which has some great restaurants and also short walk to the little cove of Aquaviva which was brilliant to swim. We had a lovely stay, wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others! Grazie Mille

Nick's place was super-fine! I Nick was responsive, friendly, and helpful. The kitchen had everything we could want, and the bathroom and hot shower was classy. The outdoor setting and view was amazing with many places to be including a hammock! It was a nice walk or short drive to Issos Beach for swimming or a spectacular sunset from atop the sand dunes. Suffice to say, we had a great time staying at Nick's and also meet his mother who would check with us each day. if we needed anything. Well-deserving of five stars!

Gemütliche, großzügige Unterkunft mit tollem Außenbereich. Der Salzwasser Pool und die Außendusche sind fantastisch. Die Küchenausstattung ist super, es ist für alles gesorgt. Es gibt Spiele, Bücher, Liegen und Wasserspielgeräte für draußen. Die Außenküche haben wir sehr gerne genutzt, ein Hightlight ist der große Grill. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, der riesige Garten mit den Obstbäumen (von denen man Essen darf) ist auch für Kinder super. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ein Auto ist nötig um die kleinen und großen Städte außenrum zu besichtigen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier, auch bei Wind und Regen findet man auf der großen überdachten Terrasse ein trockenes Plätzchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke für alles!

Everything about Cottage by the Sea is special, from Kia (the owner) to the location, the surroundings, the house, neighbours - EVERYTHING! The house is perfect. Beautifully decorated, lacking nothing. The aircons were a saving grace! The beach is on your doorstep. And Atheras beach is simply stunning, hugged between two hills and the landmark rocky island in the middle of the entrance to the bay. We had 4 blissful weeks in Kia's house as a family of 5. The sea, sun and peace did wonders for our wellbeing. Really enjoyed the lemons and grapes from the garden. Oh, and the goats! Ethos, Pathos and Logos visited almost everyday (destroying Kia's beautiful Delicious Monsters, no less) but they were a special feature and lingers in our memories. A special mention to Makis, who took us out on his fishing boat for a day to other beaches close by. Kia is a warm, efficient host, non-intrusive and yet anticipating every need of her guests. Highly recommend!! We'll come again.

Perfect stay. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. You will have everything you need for a comfortable short or long stay. Very convenient location to explore the town and 5 minute walk to the Lefkada center bus stop or 15 min walk to central bus station. Thank you Stathis and Deborah for the welcoming me!

Erg fijne plek om Matera en omgeving te ontdekken. Je loopt zo de oude binnenstad in, maar het appartement is toch rustig gelegen. Heerlijke bedden! Het ontbijt dat klaarstond was een fijne verrassing en uitgebreid (toast, beleg, zoete cake, Nespresso koffie en drankjes in de koelkast. Wat een service! Parkeren is lastig in het drukke Matera, dus de prive parkeerplek voor de deur is ook een erg fijne extra service bij dit appartement. Een echte aanrader!

I stayed with Anita for about a month with my four young children. The apartment and the surroundings were perfect. It's a walk to the beach, but the sidewalk is wide and pleasant, plenty of room for my wagon full of kids. There are great restaurants close, but I recommend ordering from Anita's sister. Her cooking is so good. Anita is the most wonderful part of all. She made my family feel so welcome and comfortable. She made us breakfast twice and baked us a pie one day. She's so sweet and always responsive. We will always come to Anita's when we visit. We can't wait to see her again.

La piscina grande e ben curata è stata la gioia dei nostri piccoli! Punti di forza: - Appartamento ampio e pulito, fedele all'annuncio - Posizione strategica: vicino al mare, supermercati e ristoranti - Vista incantevole - Accoglienza calorosa e proprietario molto disponibile Il residence offre un ambiente bellissimo e tranquillo, perfetto per rilassarsi. La vicinanza alla spiaggia e a tutti i servizi ha reso la nostra vacanza comoda e piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio per famiglie in cerca di comfort, relax e divertimento. I would recommend staying here if you are renting a car anyway and want to be a bit further from the city. The communication with the owner was great and fast. Our router did not work for us the first day of the vacation, but it was quickly fixed by the owner. There are three air-conditioning units, which was lovely. The apartment had: a roomy shower, two balconies (so you can always choose between sun and shade), and the extra outside blinds that could keep out all light at night. We had a car (rented from Enterprise) to go everywhere on the island, which we were very happy about. One of our group members luckily was very comfortable driving in Greece (hills and small, two-way streets). Buses are often delayed, so you would be waiting in the burning sun without cover for the bus if you do not have a car. Taxies are also pretty expensive (25 euro from old town to the apartment). The only negative about the flat is that the pullout couch in the living room is very uncomfortable.

Semplicemente fantastico! Merita 5 stelle! Posizione super, perfetto se ci si sposta a piedi come nel mio caso, appartamento carinissimo e pulito, arredato con gusto. In più l'host è molto reattivo e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Se dovessi venire di nuovo a Taranto tornerò qui!

L’appartamento di Silvia bello, comodo, centrale, ben servito dal assensore. A due passi dal mare, pulitissimo, funzionale. con tutto quello che serve per colazione o per cucinare. Silvia molto gentile, cordiale, comunicativa, sempre presente e disponibile per consigli e informazioni. Sicuramente da consigliare e da ritornarci. Grazie per il bel soggiorno!
