Seth’s beautiful home was an amazing place to stay. It was pristine and close to so many places, yet you still had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The house was beautiful with a great layout and so much space for all of us. Seth was a wonderful host and I would highly recommend his home. I definitely will be renting his space again!

We only needed 2 nights but had to pay for 3--so it was a bit pricier than I would have liked, but we knew that when we made the reservation and the location and property were so perfect that it was still the right place for us. Jill was very helpful when we needed anything and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay for a girls weekend! The host was very responsive when we had a small thing come up and was helpful in answering questions. Everyone who stayed was looking for reasons to book the space again!

Matt was great and very helpful. It was a very nice place, but it wasn’t very convenient to get to for unloading and loading our bags and supplies. Great view. Nice grassy area off the patio. Parking was not great. Overall a thumbs up.

The pictures are beautiful, but to really understand how well thought out the air bnb is you have to see it in person. It’s perfect for whatever you are doing. Especially if you have a dog.

We had three families in for a ski trip and had a fantastic weekend! The house was clean, comfortable, and accommodating for our rowdy crew! The kids loved the car game and the pool table and the adults loved that they could have their own living room separate from the kids! We would definitely recommend and stay again if we are ever back that way!

I can't say enough good thing about our time at the property, and Brett went about and beyond so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

As a former housekeeper at hotels in my early 20s, this house was clean! Due to its large size, that is especially impressive.

Everything was just as advertised. A beautiful house with lots of rooms for everyone to sleep.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described. We had plenty of room for our large family and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the game room and the air hockey table. We will stay again next time we’re in the area!

The house was amazing. Very clean. Had everything a person would need. Plenty of room for all our guests. Great location. Close to gas station, grocery stores, and restaurants. The ping pong table was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was great for my family & friends for the weekend. The ample amount of space, beds, & amenities was perfect & the cost extremely reasonable!! Staying in a hotel is cool, but paying the same or less for a fully furnished house with personal accommodations & personal care is where it's at. Brad was early in his entry instructions & gave us the complete rundown thru the app, messaging, & the welcome book in the house. Everything was extremely clean & my kids felt right at home from the time we got there until the moment we headed back home. You'll love staying here!

it was wonderful to have a clean house to gather relatives for a meal, laughter and fun around a large dining room table and living room. The kitchen had everything necessary for us to make a meal together. Thank you for allowing our two lazy bulldogs. It was wonderful!

Great place to stay. Walkable distance to Bridges Bay resort. The home was near a pool and in a cute neighborhood. Stayed there with 14 people total and we were all comfortable! Great place to stay!

The Cozy Corner in Ankeny, Iowa is the perfect home for family to gather together! Our family came in from Oklahoma, North Carolina and Pennsylvania to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Grand View University. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with access to any store or restaurant you could need. The home is spacious and clean with wonderful pluses such as a beautiful deck with a gas grill (propane provided), a hot tub and a heated pool. The home has five bedrooms (sleeps 10), 2.5 bathrooms, laundry facilities, a garage and spacious gathering spaces including the kitchen. We had the BEST time enjoying each other’s company and sharing meals!! Adam was wonderful in his communications with us and I would definitely stay at one of his properties in the future! It was the perfect weekend.

This house fit our family well for the weekend. The rooms downstairs with the bunk beds were small so it was hard to get a pack and play next to the bed but we made it work. It’s right in the Bridges Bay area so it was nice to have passes to the water park and just be able to walk over there! Also the neighborhood pool was great that it was right in the back yard. The house was nice and clean. There was tons to do, flea market, concert near Arnold’s park, and tons of shopping. Great weekend!

all was great, loved the amenities, everything in the house was comfy and nice. We loved that the pool was up and running in May and was heated! used both the pool and hot tub - a great place for friends to hang out for a reunion!

Great stay in Fort Dodge! The house was perfect, just what we needed for our quick stay. Charcuterie board in the fridge waiting for us was a very nice touch! Will stay here again!

Great place to spend time with friends and family. Big advantage is you rest room for all 6bedrooms. Host is really responsive & home is clean with all amenities in place. Do miss the place in summer.
