Enjoy your privacy in our beautiful Tustin Hills guesthouse. French doors lead out to a patio where you are greeted by the sound of running water from fountains. From there take a few steps down to the pool and private outdoor eating area. Enjoy colorful sunsets and late afternoon ocean breezes, while enjoying a glass of wine. The guesthouse has its own private entrance and features vaulted ceilings, stocked kitchen, bathroom, living room/bedroom located on a serene property with city views.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in an organic citrus farm on a 27-acre private land with mountain and valley view of citrus and avocados groves. This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 960 sf, and the deck area is about 800 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.

It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!
