I had an exceptional stay at this lovely Airbnb just steps away from the beach. The location is ideal—close to excellent restaurants and offering stunning views that made the entire trip feel special. The property is spacious, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for a family gathering or group getaway. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. I highly recommend this place and would gladly return in the future. One area for improvement would be the outdoor space directly in front of the rooms. It could benefit from more regular upkeep, as there were some stains, scattered leaves, and occasional dog waste that took away from the otherwise beautiful surroundings. That said, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience, and I would still highly recommend this property. I’d gladly return in the future!

Desde que llegamos todo fue excelente. Lugar acogedor, lindo y limpio perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia. Jhoan y Elizabeth son tremendos host, en todo momento estuvieron pendientes a a que todo estuviera bien. El apartamento estaba perfectamente limpio y cómodo. No nos faltó nada!!Todo estaba muy cerca el mar, lugares de comida y Garage. De verdad que estamos muy contentos y agradecidos definitivamente volveremos. Gracias, Gracias!

This was our second stay at the Salty Shack and it’s one of the most relaxing locations we’ve ever rented on AirBnb. Close to the beach, great plunge pool and safe neighborhood. Groceries and restaurants in close proximity. Great location in Isabela!

From the moment we arrived, this exceeded every expectation. Nestled in a peaceful location, the property offers truly breathtaking views—whether you’re sipping coffee on the deck at sunrise or watching the stars at night, it’s pure magic. The interior was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was welcoming and responsive. If you’re looking for a serene escape with amazing views, this is the place. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect space if you’re like me and spend more time outside than inside on vacation. Terrace with all the extra living space is so nice. Multiple beaches a walk or short drive away if you want something other than what is right by the condo. And finally a host that doesn’t require you to basically clean the place before you leave. Amazing place to stay.

We had 12 in our group and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Close to several restaurants, but you will have to drive. Less than a 15 minute drive to both Crashboat Beach and Jobos Beach, both family friendly and umbrella and chairs to rent. The house was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Home has everything you need. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

This was an absolutely wonderful and beautiful space! It allowed us to enjoy the space as a family while also having separate spaces to decompress. It borders a beautiful golf course and is 25 minutes away from another one so for a family of golfers, it was great! I will note and appreciate the hosts for also noting this in their welcome book - the house is on an island in the middle of heavy nature - bugs are expected. Do your due diligence of keeping inside clean but expect the usual bugs after a storm outside! The hosts were also very communicative and responsive and gave really good instructions before, during and after our stay. Overall, highly recommend for a group or family get a way to be a bit away from Old San Juan and get to enjoy the West coast a bit more !

Elaine was a great host. She checked in with us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The veranda was wonderful to work from with a view of the sea. It’s a very short walk down to the beach where you can swim in privacy. A ten minute walk up the beach, there is a cove with smaller waves and a few restaurants lining the shore. Very laid back and relaxing.

Love waking up to the waves crashing on the beach. Tide pools were fun to explore and it’s a nice walk to Jobos. The space was comfortable, we had everything we needed to cook, super convenient to have a washer/dryer. Our daughter loved having the pool and hammock.
