Lovely little place to stay. Comfortable beds and well equipped. Chris was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Matt and Chloe were really great hosts. Really warm welcome, there was a hamper waiting for us with some essentials and treats, after a long drive that was very appreciated. Communication was great, always quick to respond. Had some minor issues, as all trips do, but Matt was on hand to try and resolve them right away. Just a note for people booking that the washer/dryer are communal and outside the cottage. Great location to travel around Cornwall

Absolutely love Caroline’s Lodge. We’ve stayed several times and love it more every time. Breakfast in the sun with the alpacas, evening in the hot tub and cozy lounge for relaxing. Beds are super comfortable, linen and duvets top quality. Home made scones on arrival are an absolute treat! If you’re considering booking, do. You’ll be glad you did! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The lodge was in a beautiful setting, perfect for families, a lovely safe environment. The accommodation itself was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were lovely, with towels and toiletries included. Upstairs was particularly spacious with amazing views. The hosts kindly provided us with initial provisions, like tea and coffee. It’s a great base to explore the surrounding area, and a lovely space to return to. I would definitely recommend this beautiful holiday home, and would return with my family.

This was our family’s second stay at what is our favourite spot at Retallack. The lodge, being right on the water, feels peaceful and secluded, but is only a few minutes’ walk to the pool, restaurant and other amenities. Mel is a great host, always replying quickly, and the lodge has everything we needed for our stay. We’d definitely come back again.

The home was comfortable, plenty of space, nicely decorated and furnished and just wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to go again.

Stayed at Sam's place for 4 nights during family trip to Cornwall during Easter term holidays. The house is big, neat and having off-road parking. would definitely stay again as it's near to many places by car.

Beautiful accommodation, comfortable, with reserved parking. Essential but absolutely complete supplies. Perfect for families and/or holidays with the sea 100 meters away. Francesco

Charming 2 levels townhome in a great location. Very walkable to the train, bus, and main shopping and dining thoroughfare. The permitted parking spot was a real premium. Note that the streets are very narrow in that historic section of Penzance, so drive with extra care. The hosts were communicative and able to arrange for a later check-out for us.

Enjoyed stay. 5 min walk to beautiful beach. Highly recommended.

What an absolutely lovely property, perfect for eight adults and dogs! Well laid out, comfortable beds and it was lovely to find a really well equipped kitchen. The dogs in particular loved the underfloor heating!! The house is a lovely 10 minute walk to the stunning Daymer Bay and if you continue walking along the coastal path towards Rock you can catch the ferry to Padstow. Rachael was really responsive and provided recommendations for places to eat. Would 💯 recommend!

Tim's property was perfect for what we needed. A stylish Cornish home with everything you needed. Was great for the dogs with the enclosed space and was easy to get into the towns and beaches from the location.

Location was perfect! Easy access to Carbis Bay and a short walk into St Ives. The view was amazing. Lori was fabulous to deal with. Very responsive and flexible.

Short stay but everything required if a longer stay needed. Very comfortable beds! There was an issue with WiFi and water but beyond anyone's control and Caroline kept us updated, even sending her husband to be present for the BT engineer when we had to leave on the last day. Thank you.

Very comfortable attractive accommodation. An interesting area. Walking to the beach is good at low tide, as is the walk to Charlestown. Well located to visit places of interest, and the local restaurants and beaches are well described in the information pack. We had a lovely stay - very comfortable beds and good facilities.

We- a large multi generational family group - have just had a fantastic week at Trevassack House. The facilities within the property are fantastic and we wanted for nothing, there was plenty of space for us all to congregate OR have quite space. The addition of the hot tub was the icing on the cake 😊 and well worth booking to use while staying there. Matthew and Catherine are fantastic hosts who always answered promptly if we had any questions and were really helpful. I can't recommend Trevassack House highly enough if you're after a peaceful stay in west Cornwall, with plenty of charm and space, in beautiful surroundings ❤️🙏✨

We had such an excellent stay at Lisa’s place this last week - as a group of six we had more than enough space to have some chillout time from one another as well as being together to eat and play games. The parents joined us at the end of the week and again there was still plenty of space! Six minutes from Perranporth Beach is perfect - as well as a 20 minute drive to either Newquay or Truro meant that there was lots of things to do - the hot tub was an amazing bonus and given some sunny weather, the extensive grounds would’ve been amazing to play on! We have already booked for next year and can’t wait! X

Really lovely few days stay. Garden was beautiful with lots of activity from rabbits, squirrels, birds, even a hawk! And definitely signs of badgers too. Lovely house, plenty of space to spread out and some nice walks into the village and to the beach. Valerie extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions.

Michelle is an amazing host with a beautiful house. We felt very much at home and enjoyed our stay. Michelle was on hand to help with any questions we had and had thoughtfully made us Easter cakes on arrival. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. The location is central and everything is walkable. Well situated for the beach and shops. Bonus to have a large driveway when parking is so difficult to come by in St Ives. Thanks Michelle.

Jo communication was perfect and Jo was quick to help us with an issue (our issue not the houses). The garden was lovely and would be great on a summers day. The house was spacious and comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach and coast path, we walked in both directions. There is a nice bakery 5 minutes walk away. All in all we had a lovely time staying at Jo's house.

Really great place to stay, a wonderful house, a real forever home feel. Would definitely stay again.
