Situated at beginning of peninsula Verudela in Pula itself makes our little house even more attractive for a simple reason that this location and neighborhood is perfect. Offering a lot of restaurants, markets, very close to beaches and only 1,5 km from city center with tight bus connections, and despite this, our little house is in very quiet neighborhood. Robert and Vesna runs this place, and we are happy persons whose goal is your satisfaction. Our little house is ready for 2 + 1 persons, close to swimming pool which is free for use for all guests. Bedding, towels, kitchen utensils ... everything is included in the price. The nearest beach is only 400 m from Villa Carla. 17 km of beautiful beaches in the area, monuments and rich culture of the city, old town, and the amphitheater from the Roman era are just an additional guarantee that your vacation will be extraordinary. Simply, it has to be seen. And we are here to help you through every step in discovering the beauty of our city. What can you expect from our neighborhood? Well, there is a lot of restaurants and bars. You can rent bicycles, mopeds, cars, boats, etc. scuba diving, sports field, tennis, mini golf, wind surfing, and even boat that pulls the parachute, rides a small plane Boat trips: Venice, Islands Brijuni , Mali Losinj and Silba Road trip: Wine Road (wine tasting). Night life: a terrace with live music at Verudela and Golden Rock, disco, ... Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

You will step into a heart of Istria for a moment. The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

Studio Solare

Welcome to Studio Solare, with a stunning view in the heart of Portorož. 2 minutes walking distance from the sea and 15 minutes to medieval town Piran. Studio Solare is a stone cottage with big windows where you feel part of the nature. It might be small, but it has everything you need. Fully eqipped kitchen, coffe machine, TV with Netflix and WiFi, bathroom and sleeping area in the looft which is accessible by the staircase. There is also a big garden, outdoor sitting area and fee parking.

Sweet cottages are the basic line, which has access to both public swimming pools. Our glamping village is located in Marezige, a cult Istrian village, which is 10 kilometers from Koper. The village is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and fields with other cult Istrian plants. The modern cottages are set in a rustic environment, which, in harmony with authentic Istrian cuisine, creates an unforgettable experience with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Trieste.

At the more exclusive end of the pontoon, in the renowned yacht marina of Portoroz, floats Marinavita. Awake with the sun slanting through the bed room window. Throw open the curtains and watch the yachts - just meters away from you - going for a sail. Open the sun shades on the roof terrace and have breakfast enjoying the 360° view. All around in Portorož and beyond, there is a sea of opportunities to spend a perfect holiday at any time of the year

Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. There is a possibility of storing sport equipment. Rovinj village is located near city of Rovinj and it's a few minutes away by car. In the village it's the best to do everything by walk.
