This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

This 2023 professionally remodeled farmhouse cabin has everything to make your stay luxurious and comfortable. Located at the highest point in Yates County, up on Italy Hill, and in the heart of New York's Finger Lakes, this cabin is nestled among 22 private acres of serene forest, bordering state land & the Finger Lakes Hiking Trail. Enjoy your private 1-acre spring-fed pond, stocked with smallmouth, carp, perch, and bluegill. Enjoy the outdoor 7-person hot tub and fire pit to finish your day.

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

The Getaway Hideaway House is tucked near the scenic Honeoye and Canandaigua Lake Wine & Brewery Trail—perfect for wine lovers, adventurers, and those seeking a peaceful escape. Enjoy stunning valley and hillside views from the living room or while relaxing in the year-round covered hot tub on the patio. Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

Absolutely no hunting or firearms allowed due to liability concerns. Due to insurance liability, no ATVs, UTVs, Motorcycles allowed on the property.
