Dylan’s place is truly an A+ certified property. It’s conveniently located at walking distance from the country club plaza neighborhood of Kansas City , probably the best neighborhood around the area. The place itself it’s extremely clean & equipped for longer stays. The layout of the space,bedroom & living room areas beyond comfortable. The host himself is an amazing person to work with & very understanding . Truth is we arrived very late in the night & misread the instructions on how to get in, so we contacted Dylan whom had the best attitude , understood how tired we were & help us get in . From the interaction, to the response time I have nothing but high regards for this host. Communication was top notch.Lastly, the area is amazing for sightseeing, dining & also some shopping. Not far from there’s Loose Park probably our favorite area part of our trip as we traveled with our dog & needed to help her also burn some energy. Highly recommend this 5/5 luxury property.

This place is exactly like described! We are so glad we chose this place. Exactly what we were looking for. Very convenient to Science City, LegoLand, Crown Center and the Plaza. Casey was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful.

Great location for those attending conferences at the KC Convention Center. I was able to buy groceries at a downtown grocer and cook in the unit.

The property is beautiful, and the interior is thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. It was clean and welcoming, and the host was incredibly kind and accommodating.The location was perfect for our trip to KC. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Stayed here before. Would stay here again. If you’re doing anything downtown or at the convention center it’s very close and most everything is less than 10 minutes in an Uber. Cute place. No complaints. Highly recommend.

Kelli’s place was perfect! We came into town for a concert and needed something simple yet cozy and this place was just that. The mattress and pillows were so comfortable! Loved the mini split in the room, it’s an upstairs apartment so they usually can be a bit stuffy but the mini split cooled it down in no time flat! Easy to get into and Kelli was responsive to our questions. The place was very clean and comfortable. It was also nearby everything we were doing so that was perfect. Street parking was very easy to find. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We were in town for Big 12 tournament’s and Rob’s place was centrally located to the T-Mobile Center and other attractions that were easy to get to (Legend’s Outlet Mall, Park Oak Mall, Gates, Q39). We did not have to worry about traffic. The place was in a quiet neighborhood, you barely heard any neighbors and parking was great - able to park in the back and not on the street. Rob’s place was very clean and was great for our visit. I would highly recommend Rob’s place.

This was a wonderful retreat close to downtown and the plaza. Loved the ping pong table! We had a great time at your place.

This Airbnb was PERFECT for an overnight stay in Kansas City. It was less expensive than a hotel and much safer. The area was nice for not knowing the area. The Airbnb was close to the venue we saw a concert at. There was informational pages about the history of the building. A nice sitting area where a cat entertained us by chasing bugs. A very comfortable bed and clean bathroom attached. The layout is very open and cozy at the same time. We will definitely be back for a weekend getaway. Thank you for such a neat experience.

Had a great month-long stay while visiting family who live nearby. Was a perfect base and home office away from home. Kit made me feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very clean. and comfortable bed. We really liked all the small touches, complimentary toiletries, and snacks! Nice to have a washer & dryer we could use too. The price was great, we will definitely be back!

The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Nichole and their property highly enough. She was very nice, thoughtful, and responds quickly. Next time we visit KC we will stay again. ❤️

Great little place, we were able to park are car in a parking garage down town and didn’t use it once. 10 min walk to T-Mobile center and with 15-20 mins of anything you’d want to do or eat at. If I ever have the opportunity to go to an event down there again will book again.

Jason was incredibly quick to respond to any questions, no matter the time of day. His communication and attentiveness were outstanding. The location itself was absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. The value for the price was exceptional—every detail was top quality. There’s truly nothing negative to say. Highly recommended!
