While you may notice the outside looks like an old world Tuscan Villa, you will quickly find the inside looks more like a Downtown Loft. Just a few reasons you will enjoy your stay include cooking in the gourmet kitchen, relaxing in the master suite w/ fine cotton linens, playing in the fenced yard. This brand new recently remodeled 1200 square foot space has it all. Open space concept with living room, bar, treadmill , foosball table, newly enlarged bedroom, and beautiful huge bathroom. Own entrance with spacious patio with view of backyard forest. All pets are welcomed at no extra cost. They love the big fenced backyard to run and play. We do have dogs of our own and they interact with our guests pets, if you would like. This space is 15 minutes away from downtown KCMO. No cleaning fee

Cozy, peaceful studio apartment in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE of the HEART. Our home is in an urban area as this is a city. If you are wanting to be surrounded by Pinterest front yards and 2025 Honda Odysseys and EV’s you might want to look elsewhere! All that said we love our neighborhood and should you choose to stay here you will enjoy off-street parking just a few steps away from our space! We are 5 minutes from Downtown, the Plaza, and historic Westport.

Come stay at my little farmhouse in the city where you will be close to all the amenities that Kansas City offers… A bed and breakfast with the warmth and friendliness of the country but in the city… My home is welcome for families to enjoy…I have a bedroom area with an attached room, a crib, and twin bed with a separate bathroom… Traveling nurses welcome!!! I was in pediatric nursing for 25 years… I am also just 8 minutes from the Chiefs and Royals stadiums!!!
