Enjoy a hike or swim at Cummings Mills State Park just 10 minutes away. Come home and cook in the fully equipped kitchen or head 11 miles to Cookeville city center for great dining, breweries and local shopping.

Peace and quiet above the historic town of Granville, on Cordell Hull Lake. Great views across “them thar hills” from the wrap around porch. Located an hour east of Nashville this a great base from which to explore and enjoy Middle Tennessee.
