This quiet retreat is all at ground level with a private patio. It is wheelchair friendly with wide doorways and no stairs.

The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and is designed for spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows on 3 sides. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

This home is very close to Swansboro, NC, about 15 minutes from Emerald Isle Beach and about 20 minutes from Jacksonville, NC. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood providing a peaceful, tranquil environment, complete with a large fenced yard. A marina is less than one mile down the road and on the intercoastal waterway. The area is excellent for fishing and kayaking, and it has beautiful beaches for playing in the sand!
