This beachy farmhouse cottage features 17 ft cathedral ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, live edge slab island bar top, over 250 sqft of outdoor living space with a hot private hot tub, a bedroom with queen on main floor, and loft with queen bed accessed by a spiral staircase.

Take it easy at this cozy & tranquil getaway, located on a saltwater pond. Share our backyard with us to relax in a hammock, enjoy catch & release fishing & chill by the fire 🔥 pit. No cleaning fee! Fragrance free detergent used for bedding & towels. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No animals of any kind allowed. We would love to adhere to Airbnb's guidelines for service or emotional support animals, unfortunately we cannot due to health issues of the owner.

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Relax in this separate guest home nestled in a well-established Lowcountry neighborhood. The ‘treehouse’ has an open-plan design with vaulted notched board ceilings, creating a feeling of light and space, with elegant furnishings throughout. The well-equipped kitchen and grill on the porch encourages intimate home cooking. We lived in this space before we moved into the main house, so we can attest to it being comfortable, and well maintained.

Put your feet up in the cozy studio, relax on the deck listening to the birds or rinse off in the outside shower after a day at the beach! Whether you are here for play or work, you'll find the shanty a comfortable, convenient & chill spot for your stay.
