The Backpacker

Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

Relax in the hot tub in your own private oasis or gather with friends and family around the fire pit. Multiple bird feeders and grand live oaks, magnolias, fruit trees and a kitchen garden. Welcome to Charleston! You'll enjoy a totally separate wing of our house with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. We're in a wonderful, safe neighborhood, 5 min from the beach by car. A 15 min walk gets you to restaurants, grocery stores and a mall. Sunset cruises, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and bike rentals are a 15 min drive away. A 20 min drive gets you to historic downtown Charleston. PLEASE NO SMOKING, PETS, OR PARTIES ON THE PROPERTY.

Carolina Wren Cottage: New, Relaxing, Dog-Friendly

Charming dog friendly cottage located minutes away from historic Georgetown only about an hour from Charleston. Whether you want to sit on the large porch and enjoy listening to the birds sing or watch them fly back and forth through the beautiful trees. Maybe have an adventure walking along the Harbor walk do a little shopping and enjoy the great selection of restaurants. If that wasn't enough there are several beautiful beaches to enjoy. Tiny House studio stay in Moncks Corner

The tiny house is located in our backyard in a small town, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As you enter the house, you will notice that it is small but it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay! A kitchen to cook in, a table to eat or work at, a nice place to shower and sleep - all in the same room. It is small yet very comfortable and welcoming! We operate off of well water. If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.

Your home away from home in Pinopolis

Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this house is close to Lake Moultrie & the Cooper River. It’s also very close to popular wedding venues: Somerset Point, Pineland Village, & Old Santee Canal Park. Moncks Corner Recreational Complex, where many tournaments are hosted, is also about 3 miles away. Pinopolis is less than 20 miles from Summerville & the Volvo area, 40 miles from coastal beaches, and just 45 minutes away from Downtown Charleston. It’s a great location for work or play!

The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

The Goose Cottage at Wild Goose Flower Farm

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston.
