We had such a wonderful stay here! This is a true gem in Arvada. They were super communicative with all of my questions. Great location and awesome amenities!

Had a great time! You'll definitely want a rental car if you stay here, but all the amenities and the space itself were as described and it was overall a very comfortable experience!

A beautiful place to wake up and look at the mountains! Me and my friends really enjoyed our selves! Would recommend staying here and the host responded super fast with anything needed (not that there was anything wrong) 10/10!!

We had a very pleasant stay. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Our hosts were very thoughtful and left us treats and fresh eggs. It was very easy to communicate with them. We would stay there again.

This property has a lot of bang for your buck! If you fully read the description, and can live with the details outlined, then you will feel right at home here. The bathrooms are ridiculously luxurious and we thoroughly enjoyed those upgrades. We were pleasantly surprised by the property and the amazing view to the north! This house probably has the best view in the neighborhood! We enjoyed the mile long park that runs to the north of this property. If you have dogs, this is a great place for you with a trail running to the big open park from the edge of the property. There is a regional airport just to the north. We enjoyed watching the planes but they didn't disturb the peace in the house. We found the neighborhood to be friendly and laidback. There are a lot of dogs here so in the evening you will hear them but inside the house is quite peaceful. Brenna, our host, was very responsive and more than generous. We would recommend this property for sure!

This is the second time we have stayed at a house hosted by Nysa, and let me just say how amazing she is! Even when there was an issue with the lock on the front door, she came right over and had it resolved quickly! She allowed us to have my daughter’s baby shower there as well, and many beautiful memories were made! The house was beautiful, and close to our family and friends (we are originally from Colorado) which made our stay even more special! I highly recommend her locations, you will be well taken care of!

This place is absolutely beautiful and even better than the photos. Robert was an excellent host, friendly, and responded quickly to questions. The area was perfect and close to Olde Town. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

In a word, awesome! We took our annual family vacation this year in Denver to coincide with Christmas. With a group of 7 young adults (28-37) plus my wife and me, we wanted a place where we could all be together under one roof but with plenty of space for everyone. Jessica's place checked every box and then some. The house is perfect for a group of this size and the location makes it easy to get everywhere from downtown Denver to the mountains. And the responsiveness of Jessica is amazing. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Denver. You will not be disappointed.

The Luxe retreat came as advertised and Atomic was excellent in responding to us when we had requests or questions. Our entire group had a great time and the house met our needs perfectly. We would certainly stay again.

This home is immaculate! The host was extremely responsive. The surrounding area is beautiful. The backyard is private. I can’t say enough about this home. If I’m ever in the area again, I would book without a doubt! Above 5 stars!!!

The location was a great place, near many grocery stores, restuarants, and shopping stores. The lake/park nearby is very accessible and good for runners/walkers. The home is kid friendly, a great stay for familes. Although we visited in the winter, we look forward to renting again in the summer for pool use. The owner was very helpful and quickly responsive when I had questions.

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to book Mariah’s place for a 5 day stay for exploring Denver and celebrating the new year. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and the many amenities allowed us to have a very comfortable and convenient stay. We made great use of the three bathrooms, the washer/dryer, the full fridge, and all the closet space. Mariah was very responsive, the neighborhood was quiet, the home was free of clutter, and the shower was hot. A perfect stay to convince us to want to move to Colorado. Would recommend to anyone for both short and long stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was peaceful, perfect for our family and dog! We picked up $300 worth of groceries and barely left the premises. When we ran into snags (our human error) Joane and Luis were literally a phone call away! This place was perfect! Our boys (17 & 18) loved the basketball game room! Bonus! The kitchen is perfect for hosting! The spacious house was very comfortable and described beautifully!

Daniel’s home is located just outside of Denver and it’s in a relatively quiet neighborhood. We stayed there for a week and there was tons to do, it was close to a lot of good restaurants, and it was comfortable to stay in! Daniel keeps his place very clean, and it’s also roomy. If you’re looking for a nature getaway it’s probably not exactly what you want, but for us, being close to the city, coffee shops and restaurants nearby was just perfect.

This place feels like a real home! The build, the decor, the furniture, the personal touches, and the style are really so lovely and refreshing. There are even games and a movie collection to choose from. The beds are so comfortable! The bathroom and the shower is beautiful. The location is very private as well. The hosts live upstairs and you can hear footsteps but honestly, it was never an issue. It’s a basement unit, so you’re destined to hear upstairs activity. But this basement was soo spacious! It felt like a dope apartment. I’d duplicate it if I could and live in it. There’s a private entrance and the hosts gave complete privacy and were responsive when I sent messages. Book your stay here! You won’t regret it. It’s 40mins from Downtown Denver but the drive is worth it since it’s in the mountains. I will definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Neil's place in Indian Hills, CO. It was a fantastic experience. The house was beautiful, clean, and had comfortable beds (each individual commented about the comfort of the beds). It had a gorgeous sun room which you could sit in and see wonderful wildlife. We saw many mule deer in the yard which stood or laid down staring at us inside the sun room. We stayed here the night before and night of our wedding. It was pet friendly and we all were welcomed into this home. Neil even left us a beautiful Congratulations note. We loved the decor of the place, it was very eclectic. We also loved reading about those who had previously stayed in their guest book. Lastly, I would like to state that the communication was fantastic. Anytime I reached out, I had a response almost immediately. I would definitely stay here again or at another one of Neil's places.

Our stay was just what we were looking for on our trip to Golden. The house and furnishings were in great shape and very clean. I highly recommend this location for anyone wanting to stay in the Golden, CO area. Very close to amazing outdoor adventures and plenty of shopping opportunities nearby, too. Thanks, Jessica.

Rebekah place was great! I mean it was very small but I am 6'4 so yeah that place made me a giant lol all in all it was a great place to stay! I will definitely have to book another stay at this place in the future!

This place was by far the best airbnb we have ever stayed in! Stephanie was super responsive and flexible in letting us have a late checkout, and everything was super clean. You do have to do more kitchen cleaning than normal for an airbnb with a cleaning fee before checkout (i.e. clean the stove), but we didn’t mind with how beautiful the house was. And the chickens were a fun treat :)
