Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. Simple elegant space that can comfortably accommodate five adults. Two bedrooms one with a king bed and other with a twin size day bed with trundle twin bed slide in , and large deep couch.
