Wilfried's place is in a great location - the beach is right next door, and there is a heated pool on the compound. The apartment is very spacious, with a lovely, huge terrace.

We had a great time staying here. We had 2 children aged 2 & 4, they loved the swimming pools and the children’s park onsite! There were 2 heated pools that were just at the end of the garden so easily accessible. The whole complex felt very safe and immaculately clean. Great facilities and walking distance to the supermarket, shops, beach and restaurants! We will definitely be returning ☀️

Todo muy limpio y nuevo, las instalaciones una pasada y el piso perfecto. Buenas vistas y buen acceso a la playa. Buena comunicación y sin incidentes. Repetiría sin duda.

Fabulous, well equipped apartment. It was spotless and very comfortable for our family of 5. Our late check in and check in wasn't a problem. Close to a supermarket and 24 hour shop. The indoor heated pool was lovely on days when it was too cool to swim in the outdoor pool. The grounds of the apartment were also spotless and well maintained. Overall we had a great experience here.

Jirij was a kind, friendly and responsive host. He even messaged to enquire if we got home safely. Our flight was early, but jurij stored our luggage until the apartment was ready. The supermarket was in the same vicinity which was a plus. We have stayed in the area quite a few times, but this was by far the best. The boulevard and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance as is the beach. We will definitely be back Highly recommended.

Wir haben eine tolle Wohnung gemietet , die genauso war, wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben war. Die ganze Anlage und die Gegend ist sehr schön. Der klitzekleine Nachteil war das es keine deutschsprachige Gäste bzw. Eigentümer [ überwiegend Franzosen und Belgier] gab. Aber wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen. Klaus.

The apartment was in a great location within Roda golf which is quite big. However we were in a great spot right next to the main entrance and club house. I would highly reccomend to anyone looking for a secure property with the beaches of Mar Menor and Los Alcazares town only a short drive away.

Espectacular vivienda de 3 habitaciones, construcción de máxima calidad, fantástica terraza y muy buenas vistas al Mar Menor, en el piso hay absolutamente todo lo necesario para la estancia, vivienda recomendable para visitar otras localidades como por ejemplo Cartagena, Cabo de Palos, Murcia, etc... sin dudar CINCO ESTRELLAS, lo único que no me gustó es el entorno próximo a la vivienda la playa Paraíso y Playa Honda del Mar Menor, aún así recomiendo esta vivienda por su calidad, y facilidad para visitar otros lugares. Una vivienda de la calidad y equipamiento de esta vivienda se merece un garaje mejor, sólo aparqué la primera noche, ya que hay una columna a cada lado, el coche puede entrar recogiendo los retrovisores. El edificio dispone de piscina, parque infantil.

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

super agradable la estancia en la casa de José , la casa es mucho más bonita en persona que en fotografías está todo muy limpio , mucho menaje de cocina , todo muy limpio toallas y sabanas limpias nos encantó la vivienda y el trato recibido la zona muy tranquila y muy bien ubicada , nos sentimos como en casa recomiendo 100% el apartamento de José

communicatie vooraf erg prettig. aangezien ik gehandicapt ben heb ik meer zorg en voorzieningen nodig dan een 100% persoon. vooral veel uit te zoeken of het appartement geschikt was Sergio heeft daarbij heel goed geholpen. ook tijdens ons verblijf. er is bv een hoge tafel met barkrukken. Voor mij niet te doen. Sergio zorgde meteen voor een andere eethoek

Fantastisk flott område med flere bassenger, jacussier, bar, treningssenter etc. vi stortrivdes på området. Perfekt om du er ute etter å sole deg dagen lang. Stort kjøpesenter rett i nærheten, samt dagligvare butikk rett ved. Så veldig enkelt å handle.

A warm welcome from Briant to a lovely modern 2 bed apartment with a spacious south west facing balcony. The heated outdoor pool was a real bonus in March. Easy to walk to Zenia Boulevard, beach and local restaurants. A secure development including secure parking for our car. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Die 4 Wochen waren traumhaft. Wetter und die Golfplätze sind nur zu empfehlen. Sehr schöne Anlage, und gut gepflegt. Wir können jedem die Wohnung empfehlen..

Todo perfecto: apartamento muy agradable con todas las comodidades, excelente atención del propietario, ubicación perfecta en una bonita urbanización pegada al campo de golf de La Roda y a centros comerciales, restaurantes, zonas de ocio y playas. Totalmente recomendable. Si hay que poner una pega es que la alcachofa de ducha del baño principal está bastante mal. Por lo demás, totalmente recomendable.

Huoneisto/talo erinomaisesti varusteltu ja siisti. Wi-Fi toimii hyvin ja televisioon voi kytkeä Cromecastin. Pysäköinti kadun varressa toimii - aina tilaa ja turvallinen seutu. Välimatkat autolla lyhyitä mm. Alicanteen, Santa Polaan, Elcheen. Alueella puolitusinaa ravintolaa, joista kaksi erittäin hyviä. N. 2,5 km päässä kolme suurta valintamyymälää. Majoittaa erittäin ystävällinen ja vastasi viipymättä erilaisiin kyselyihin. Palaamme uudestaan Los Didi’siin

Asunto oli ihana. Pidin alueesta paljon! Pyörät olivat todella hyvä etu. Oli helppo liikkua paikasta toiseen ja kivoja alueita ympäristössä. Lyhyt matka monelle eri rannalle pyöräillä kauniissa maastossa. Pystyi valitsemaan useamman reitin. Asunto toimi hyvin pitkäaikaisessa vuokrauksessa. Parhaiten varusteltu asunto vaikka matkustanut paljon. Löytyi ihan kaikki ja enemmän! Jos itse on aktiivinen naapurusto ihmiset todella mukavia ja auttavaisia. Allasalue siisti ja samoin vesi altaassa. Pystyy hyvin uimaan myös matkaa eli pituutta on. Hyvä vaatteidenpesukone iso plussa. Löytyi lyhyitä ohjelmia ja kuivaus tapahtui nopeasti pihalla.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The villa was spotless — everything looked and felt brand-new, from the furnishings to the finishes. The warm pool was a real treat, perfect for relaxing both during the day and in the evening. It’s clear the hosts take great care in maintaining the property. The surrounding town/village was charming and peaceful, with friendly locals and beautiful scenery. We especially loved our morning and evening walks — so refreshing and a great way to start and end the day. The whole experience was relaxing, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Han sido unos días perfectos, la villa es increíble, con una cantidad de LUZ natural inigualable. La piscina es preciosa y aporta una calidad al salón inigualable. Hemos podido aprovechar todas las estancias de la casa, con múltiples zonas para disfrutar en familia!

If you want to spend time in a calm and beautiful place close to the sea, this cozy house is your perfect choice. The house is small and cozy, has a lovely design, and has everything needed inside it. We were in love with the terrace. I want to say a huge thank you to the Fátima, who was so friendly and supportive during the whole period. If you lack impressions, in 30 minutes by car, you can see a lot of beautiful natural spots, castles, and interesting towns with old architecture. It was a great vacation; thank you, Fátima.

La casa es espectacular, tal y como aparece en las fotos, incluso mejor. Muy cómodo que haya un baño por cada habitación. En un lugar inmejorable para moverse en coche o a pie. Estancia de 10!

We stayed at this Ago’s place for the second time. This time, two of us and two friends from Valencia spent one weekend here. We absolutely loved the house and all its facilities. The host provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Thanks to their suggestions, we made two trips to Cartagena during this getaway. Cartagena’s ocean views and historic architecture were truly captivating. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both the lounge and the bedroom offer magnificent views of the golf course. Honestly, the only regret we had was not being able to stay longer 😊

Han sido super super agradables y serviciales , íbamos con nuestro perro (30kg) y no tuvieron problema ninguno , le dejaron platitos para comer y beber , podia subir al sofá y todo , Ramón el padre de Ainhoa , un amor , super servicial , atento y agradable , uno de los días nos llovió bastante y se nos cortó el agua , rápidamente fue a solucionarlo. Volveremos a repetir , mil gracias!
