Self-Contained Master Bedroom Suite w/ Spa Vibes

Enjoy this peaceful place ten minutes from the airport. We converted the bougie master bedroom into a separate unit with its own entrance, a queen sized bed, a twin futon, and luxury bathroom, with a deep dish tub. The ample walk in closet has a desk in case you need to work, as well as a mini-fridge, microwave, hot pot, and french press makings. The entrance is through my backyard that also hosts chickens and my friendly dog Dobby. My family and I live in the adjoining house but we are quiet.

The quiet safe neighborhood is within walking distance to a grocery store, bus stop and restaurants. Within a 10 minute drive you can access Kincaid Park and enjoy miles of beautiful walking trails and single track biking trails. The highway connections and Airport are also within 10 minutes drive away.

This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Enjoy the hot tub, collect fresh chicken eggs, and breathe forest air!
