Our cottage is located within the gates of Samsons Whitetail Mountain. Nestled near the Shawnee National Forest, allows for the best hiking, biking, and rock climbing locations. Plan a trip to Garden of the Gods or Jackson Falls or Tunnel Hill Trail and spend the evening roasting hotdogs around the fire ring while watching the many animals on the property. Property includes boat dock, deck, lower and upper patio with seating, outdoor charcoal grill with many other amenties. Our home inlcudes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and 2 living room areas. Guests will have access to the neighborhood boat ramp, located directly beside Lemonade Paradise. Sit outside by the fire under a pergola.

Spacious 16x30 deck that overlooks the lake for outdoor dining and evening conversations. If you are a water sport or fishing enthusiast, feel free to bring your own boat. Easy access to a private boat ramp (2 minute drive) and a private dock on the property. We have a Weber-bring own charcoal
