Tim is very very friendly. He goes all the way out to make your stay a 5 stars quality. The 70" TV in the bedroom makes you wanna stay all the way for a marathon movie night. Not forgetting the living room TV with great sound system as well. Alexa can play your favorite Spotify songs with your voice commands. Definitely will visit Tim's house again.

This was one of the most unique Airbnbs that we've ever stayed at. We loved waking up to the sound of birds, and sitting outdoors next to the pond was really relaxing. Breakfast was also really delicious! Thank you letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Pleasant stay, only hiccup was that we only received instructions in the morning of the day we were supposed to check in after we personally contacted them. But after that, everything was smooth and easy to check in. Apartment was as described. Tried to use the water dispenser but there were ants inside, have feedback to them already. Other than that it was relatively clean & overall stay was comfortable. Furnishing and decorations were very sufficient as well. Despite the cons, had a pleasant stay overall.

Here's a short positive review you can use: "I had an amazing experience staying at Hanaa’s place! She was incredibly accommodating, especially with my last-minute request, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She was also so reaponsive in answering any enquiries, really appreciate her for being understanding.The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Amenities of the apartment is good. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Medini area. Plus it is 10 minutes away from XPark whereby you can play gokart, golf, ATV and etc.

Overall, it was a wonderful overnight stay. I just needed a place to rest after a long day, and this spot was perfect. Despite the late check-in, the owner was very responsive and quick to reply to my messages. The house was clean, and all the amenities were in good working condition. My only suggestion would be to consider replacing the pillows.

Great place for a short getaway. Location was great as it matches well with our itinerary while we are at Johor Bahru. Host were very responsive and friendly, gave us wonderful recommendations for food & things to do/see. All in all 5 stars!!

very accessible by grab (did not try walking), comfy place good for 1-2 travellers, cosy aesthetic. Good for a short stay (I only stayed for 1 day) TV area cozy to just relax after a day of walking around, would book again if going to venture around the area for a weekend getaway!
