Ferienunterkünfte in Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai

The apartment was great and clean. Everything was as described and even provided fresh towels snacks and water Nihal was a great host, super responsive at all times of day and very helpful. She replied instantly when we were having trouble parking on the first day and instantly helped us find a spot. She was always giving great recommendations about things to do in Dubai! Would definitely book with her again

+ Great location and spectacular view from the 47th floor over to the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and fountain (which is being renovated until Oct/2025) + 24/7 grocery shop right next to the building entrance + The appartment is in walking distance from the Dubai Mall with a wide selection of restaurants and multiple food courts + Large appartment for bigger families with 6 or more people + Comfortable couch in the living room (differs from the pictures as well as the seating chairs), large TV with PlayStation + Large swimming pool but quite busy after 11 am. + 24/7 gym next to the pool - Weak internet WiFi in the appartment, no Wifi signal on the balcony, TV with low YouTube resolution due to low internet bandwith - Beds and matrasses are somewhat too firm/hard - Missing some kitchen amenities like a desent cooking/frying pan (for eggs), dishwasher tabs, additional cups and glasses for larger families (generally, not enough dishes compared to the size of the appartment)

Очень приятная квартира в районе Марина. Будет удобно в том, числе для маломобильных людей. Все необходимое есть в квартире. Очень радушная и внимательная поддержка в любое время быстро отвечали. Хороший бассейн в доме. Единственное, что было очень шумно, окна выходят на трассу и хоть есть шумоизоляция некоторый шум слышно все время. Рекомендую однозначно.

Le logement de Marta est très bien, la réalité est même mieux que ce qui correspond sur les photos. L’emplacement parfait, les équipements de l’appartement parfait. Nous étions une famille de 4 avec un enfant de 3 ans il y avait tout ce qu il fallait, et s il nous manquait quelque chose Marta était très disponible pour répondre à nos besoins à chercher des solutions. J’ai rarement connu un service de conciergerie aussi exceptionnel, je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cette appartement. Merci encore à Marta pour sa réactivité sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse

المسكن جميل وجديد والاثاث متكامل.. هناك ملاحظة واحدة وهو المطبخ.. برغم انه متكامل كادوات لكن لايوجد به اي مواد طبخ الاساسية كحال اغلب مساكن airbnb مثل الملح والفلفل وبقية البهارات كما انه لاتوجد اله قهوة.. عدا ذلك كل شي مثالي

sunny is a great host, he upgraded our room location to a better view of the marina without additional cost. He responds quickly to every questions i have during our stay. My family loved the view we had and enjoyed our vacation and for sure we will be back again.. Thank you Nayan
