Space is a few miles from Sweet Pea Ranch, and six miles from Claremont Colleges and eight miles from Mount Baldy Lodge. This is a non smoking / no drugs property!

An iron and blow dryer provided for your use. Guest area is private with own private patio. You are provided with one off street parking.

Or enjoy the peaceful citrus trails this beautiful neighborhood offers which lead you to large parks where you can enjoy a picnic.
