absolutely beautiful house! loved everything about it. very character. loved the ourdoor shower! beautiful bathroom. the beds are 10/10. I would most certainly stay here again!

We had a lovely stay in this little Bach. Beautiful views and a great holiday feel. The beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was amazing - enjoyed the gas hob and the dishwasher.

Perfect location for our needs, with the added bonus of a stunningly beautiful view & lots of action to see with the boats coming & going.

A magical spot to get away with family to relax and recharge. We loved the view and watching the seals and dolphins each day. Nice and close to Kaikōura for food and coffee and biking.

We enjoyed our stay in Hapuku, very small community, private, excellent views of the mountains, which when we woke up they were covered in snow ❄️ The home is comfortable & warm with the choice of the heat pump or the fireplace. Double showers in bathroom, comfortable beds and great kitchen. loved watching the birds fly around in the backyard. This is very private property with an easy short walk to the beach & Kaikora itself is only a 10min drive. I highly recommend this Airbnb 😊

Such a lovely stay! Location was perfect and walk along the beach was beautiful. Short drive into the town centre which had great food selection. Accommodation was modern and clean. Comfy bed and just a great vibe overall.

Fiona was so welcoming and friendly. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous - just as in the photos. A really special and beautiful home in the most amazing location - literally across the road from the beach. The apartment was filled with welcoming and thoughtful gestures including Easter eggs and hot cross buns, as well as fruit, milk and bread (on top of a well-stocked pantry). Would highly recommend and would love to return.

We loved staying here. Sean and Skip have done a wonderful job restoring the factory to make it super comfortable, including under floor heating and indoor fire for cold wintery days. It's just across the road from the beach and we opened the windows at night and the sound of the waves lulled us to sleep. Sean took time with us on arrival to show us all the things about the house and was super responsive to a query we had after that. We loved the outdoor fire pit (and the super sized marshmallows for toasting!) and sitting in the spa looking at the stars was beautiful. We didn't realise that there are two parts to the factory and that they can be joined together for a larger group, but appreciate that Sean and Skip only ever book one side (or it as a whole) at a time so you aren't sharing it with strangers. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

This place is paradise !! I had such a good time , it’s beautiful and so peaceful . A great place to recharge the battery . This was the best holiday I have had in a long time although it was only brief I would definitely come back . I will recommend this place to all my friends and family . Thank you for having me at your little touch of paradise !

Nice enough and plenty of space - but considerably more expensive than other airbnbs on our South Island trip.

This little gem was in a great location, close to the beach and walking distance into town, coffee shops and restaurants. It was peaceful, being down a little driveway and overlooking a beautiful garden, but you can still hear the ocean. The place was neat, clean, warm and perfect for the two of us. We met Kevin who was informative, friendly and welcoming. It was perfect for a weekend away for some relaxing and exploring the area. Hope to be back soon…we did not want to leave!
