Self contained, one bedroomed village apartment on the 1st floor of a traditional stone property, situated on a quiet road on the outskirts of the village. Overlooking fields of olive and carob trees and impressive stands of prickly pear cactuses with wonderful mountains views providing a dramatic backdrop for fabulous sunsets. Many migrating and native birds grace us with their presence, from migrating swallows and bee eaters to greenfinches, hoopoe, golden oriole, kestrels, doves and more.

The wooden house is located 300 meters from the picturesque village of Gourri, in the pine forest between the villages of Gourri and Fikardou. Visitors can reach the village square and shops within a few minutes’ walk. The accommodation is located in a fenced three-level 1200 sq. Two independent houses are placed in the plot, each one on a different level. The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.

With views of the surrounding forested mountains the only sounds you will hear is of birds singing. Although Kaliana has no restaurants, it lays just 2km from the villages of Galata and Kakopetria. Both are much larger villages bustling with visitors . There you can find a choice of excellent restaurants and shops.
