Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

Amazing place and location

The unit is exactly the same with the photo. The location is good as a wide variety of foods can be found in walking distance. Atria Mall is just opposite the building and we can get everything from the mall. The unit is spacious for two person. When we had issue to watch Netflix, Win helped to solve our issue instantly. Overall, we have great stay!

Great place to stay. Many attractive and delicious restaurants nearby by walking distance. It's a well maintained apartment unit with hotel vibes! Thanks host, for the great hospitality. Highly recommended and we'll definitely come back for another stay.

Back for the 4th time and still loving this place! The homestay is just as clean and comfy as I remember—really well taken care of. The host is super friendly and always quick to respond, which makes the whole stay even better. Feels like a second home now. Will be coming back again if I'm around in the area!

We booked 2 units with GenieHomes without realising both are in a different towers for our daughter's wedding at Kamalinda Marketplace. Owners were able to swap with ones in a same tower which was convenient. Both units fully and tastefully equiped as in the photos. Spacious and clean.

A great apartment, very clean with basic amenities. The apartment complex has an excellent pool, gym and playground if you have children. The hosts were super helpful and easy to communicate with. If you want to cook in the apartment you will probably find it difficult as there are only very basic kitchen utensils, but in KL why cook?

During our quite long stay in Subang Jaya, we stayed at various BNB's. This was way higher than average: cleanliness, eye for decor, kitchen equipment, 2 bathrooms, etc. Congratulations!

Lovely clean flat with lots of amenities in the complex. It was well sealed so no uninvited visitors (aka lizards) could come in. The hosts were very friendly and responsive would definitely recommend!
