Centrally located yet quiet apartment with nice interior, well equipped kitchen. Perfectly clean. Apartment entrance is located behind the tower and you have to climb the stairs to get there. Cafes/restaurants/shops are within few minutes walking vicinity. Checking in/out is well organised, we got clear instructions. So definitely recommend.

Vjačeslav's apartment was perfect in every sense for our family and his hospitality is unmatched. He was kind, empathetic and quick to respond when we needed help. The apartment itself is located inside a beautiful Art Nouveau building on a hillside overlooking the spa district of Karlovy Vary. You can hear the music from the Mill Collonade through the bedroom window and the view is fantastic. The apartment is bigger than it looked in the pictures and was very comfortable for two adults and 3 children. There were two couches that could fold into beds so there would be even more room if you had a larger group. The fridge is big, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking. Everything is extremely easy to walk (the springs are a 7 minute walk downhill or the bus to the shopping district is a short 4 minute walk uphill. A 5 minute walk uphill will take you to a nice forest to hike in and get great views of the city below from two lookouts. We went many times to watch the sunset over the city. Overall I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Vjačeslav's apartment. He is a wonderful host with a beautiful home.

We loved the stay! It was a very cosy place, we felt like home. Olga was easy to ask for help if needed. Parking is close by possible. We'd love to come back for some quiet and relaxing days again!

Wir waren für einen Wochenend-Skiausflug in der Unterkunft. Es war super schön. Richtig tolle Wohnung, netter Service und erstklassige Lage zu Restaurants und Skipiste.

Schöne, moderne und saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage

I don’t know what others were complaining about.. but they were all wrong. We were 7 people staying there and it was awesome! Had nothing to complain about! Only thing I have to say is sorry that my friends were loud haha they got a little drunk one night. But all in all! An awesome place if you are going skiing/snowboarding nearby!

S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojení. Vše odpovídalo popisu, byt je moc hezký a útulný. Příjemná a ochotná majitelka. Moc děkujeme!

Het was een prettig appartement, zeer ruim met internet wifi en eigen parkeerplaats. De ski pisten zijn beloopbaar (400mtr) evenals restaurant en winkel. We hadden een campingbedje nodig voor onze jongste dochter (2jr), die is nog georganiseerd /opgehaald bij de buren. Fijne plek, goede service!
