Outside is a spacious private balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting. Bathroom has separate toilet, shower and washing machine. Also a powder room. Parking for multiple vehicles at the end and 1 undercover park.

Some mornings you may see kangaroos, emus or even the local deer going through the orchard. Pets are welcome to enjoy their holidays with family. Pet mattress available. Central to all the delights of the riverland, everything within 60 minutes Tradies have enjoyed our space as well.
