Ferienunterkünfte mit Strandzugang in Kato Paphos

We had a wonderful stay at Iulia and Catalin's apartment. They were extremely responsive to all of our messages. The apartment was extremely clean and very well maintained. The entrance to the apartment block is not the most aesthetically pleasing, but once inside the apartment is homely. We visited in April and the weather was very cold in the evening. The apartment was cold in the evening but there is heating using the air conditioning unit. The apartment is very close to a mall, the harbour and a supermarket. As other reviewers have said, the main road outside the apartment can be a bit noisy in the evenings, but apart from that it was a very peaceful location. We would recommend this apartment if you are looking for a central base from which to travel around Cyprus from.

I would love to say wow!!! bargain!!! great location,great host and great apartment... from the nice touch of a bottle of wine and waters and also fruit (we don't drink wine) but still an amazing touch all the way through to the pleasant balcony sea view for perfect morning start! I cannot say enough positive about this place, literally a stones throw to shops/restaurants and bars and also the big shopping maul! pleasant sea walk on your doorstep and 15mins walk to the harbour.. I would not look anywhere else if visiting pafos again! George was also very responsive to any message and was always in touch. do not look for anywhere else on here! you need to stay here! This is a great place to stay. It has everything you need and is close to lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. The sea is a 2 min walk away with a lovely sea promenade. The apartment is very comfortable and lovely to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Parking the car was very easy and convenient - a great plus. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very well described and was well worth what I paid to stay. the location is very convenient and close to many restaurants and the beaches.

Martin and Olga are great hosts and were very generous with information, attention and provided great support. The place is like advertised, very clean with all amenities. They truly care about their guests. The apartment is very accessible for food stores, restaurants, mall and city center. Highly recommended

Heel fijn verblijf gehad. Appartement zoals op de foto’s en voor ons een heel goede locatie: op wandelafstand van strand, levendige stuk Paphos en tegelijk rustig gelegen. Dichtbij veel bezienswaardigheden of voor uitstappen (wij hadden huurauto). Alles in orde in het appartement: gezellig en ruim. Fijn zwembad. Zeer vriendelijke host die betrokken is door alle informatie te geven die je nodig hebt. Wij zouden alvast graag terugkomen!

Lovely little apartment, comfy beds, two wardrobes with plenty of storage space in the double bedroom but there is no wardrobe in the twin bedroom. There was no toaster but the same morning the management company bought one and brought it along. The garden was a real bonus, sunny most of the day. Plenty of parking outside. Within a short walking distance to restaurants and buses, also walking distance to the beach and coastal walking path to Paphos Harbour.

This apartment was perfect for our February/March stay in Paphos (and probably nice year-round). The balcony got full sun from around 10am to almost 5pm, with an electric awning shade that was helpful when it got a little too warm out there. The living/dining furniture was very comfortable. The beds were okay, and the bathroom and shower were good. The kitchen was well furnished. (Just note that there is no microwave.) We really liked this location. It was an easy walk to the coastal path and to the harbor area, and the bus stop is nearby to go to the Old Town or Tombs of the Kings area. The Poplife grocery was fairly close, but we mostly chose to make the longer walk to Papantoniou (very nice store) at the harbor. The apartment complex was very quiet this time of year (might be noisier when people are using the pool). Kevin was very helpful when we had issues or questions. We highly recommend this apartment.

I have been using Airbnb for years but this has to be one of the best . The host ordered us a taxi from the airport which was prompt and friendly . Easy access with lockbox . The Maisonette was beautiful . Immaculately clean and stylish . Beautiful Kitchen and had everything you needed to cook . Comfortable living room and bedrooms . The little back garden was private and a sun trap. Location wise it was ideal . 10 min walk to harbour, where you past many places to eat and a large supermarket to buy fresh produce . When you arrive at the harbour you can catch a bus to old town or coral bay or the Tomb of the kings or walk the beautiful coastal walk. Can’t express how great this place was …Eleftheria was at the perfect host, always on hand if needed . Would 100% recommend to everyone !!

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend Svetlana's place. The two-bedroom house is in a small private complex with a very nice swimming pool. It's super quiet (in April) and it immediately feels like home. There were a few local cars, only one rental car. It is very close to the sea (beaches, restaurants and a nice promenade - at one end there's a nice little church, at the other end the castle of Paphos). It is also very conveniently situated when coming from the airport or, like was our case, picking up relatives from the airport. There's a bus stop on the main road. The house has two small outdoor sitting areas - the back yard is fenced (great if you come with a dog) and the front veranda feels private thanks to green plants and a wooden trellis panel. That area is fenced as well, but a dog could easily jump over. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom spacious. The bedrooms share a balcony. My only disappointment was the double bed which could be more comfortable.

היינו 5 משפחות (סבא סבתא, 4 ילדינו עם בני זוג, וחמישה נכדים). הוילה התאימה לנו בדיוק. לכל משפחה היתה פרטיות, ומצד שני היה נוח להתכנס כולנו לארוחות משותפות ולאינטרקציה בהרכב מלא. הבריכה היתה נקיה ומזמינה, החוף ורחוב המסעדות במרחק הליכה קצר, ולוילה פרטיות מלאה. יקטרינה המארחת חמה ולבבית. הגיבה מיידית לכל בעיה/בקשה/שאלה שעלתה.

Great location! Peaceful neighborhood with one of the best beaches in Cyprus within a pleasant 5 minute walk. The villa has everything you need for an amazing relaxing vacation; very nice and big private backyard with a pool and a great chill area, fully equipped kitchen, a fire pit and bbq area, and 3 spacious and air conditioned bedrooms. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful with all of our inquiries and requests! We had an amazing family vacation and would definitely come back!

Villa Georgina was everything we hoped for and much, much more. Our small group enjoyed the Villa and it's facilities and the area of Corral Bay with a fantastic selection of good restaurants and bars. The pool was squeaky clean if a little cold, but that's to be expected for April. I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Georgina to anyone for a relaxed and luxurious experience.

Apartment was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. Close to sea front with lots of bars and good places to eat. It’s above Nikos’s shop so he is always on hand. When finding the apartment it is a souvenir / food shop next to a restaurant called Viva Cyprus. Someone is always in there. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in Cyprus. We will book the apartment again

Kyriacos was an amazing host, he supplied lots of extras with our children in mind, including a potty, toilet seat, crockery and even nappies ! The house was great and had everything we needed for a week away. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the pool and watching the sunset from the roof terrace. Kyriacos sent us lots of local recommendations and was always on hand for any questions we had.. Thank you so much ! The building site does back on to the property though (which we were made well aware of before booking). It’s not a huge inconvenience, and there wasn’t people there every day (we saw a maximum of 3 people there). We did hear them start at around 7 most days (not a problem with kids!) but it was never particularly loud or consistent. Our baby still napped every day and it wasn’t too imposing hanging around the pool etc. It wasn’t the same each day so I’m sure another week there’d be less or even no noise. It shouldn’t put you off booking.

Stella’s place is a lovely, spacious holiday apartment in a really brilliant location. Only 5 minutes walk to the strip with restaurants and shops, an easy 10 minute walk to a big supermarket, and literally across the road to a lovely beach. There is also a fantastic pool at the property. Stella couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, and is a very generous and warm host. We were a bit worried about the distance from Paphos centre, but the bus service is excellent and reasonably priced. We booked on a couple of day trips, and were picked up very close to Stella’s house.

Très bon séjour à Paphos, Demetris est très réactif lorsque que vous avez besoin d’informations ! Le air bnb est très bien équipé et dispose d’un parking, ce qui est très pratique. À côté de la plage, restaurants et activités. Je recommande ☺️

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

Marios & Christina were amazing hosts, very kind, and helpful, their place was beautiful, insane sunsets that you can watch from the living room every night, it was so cozy, and clean, it had everything you need and more, the location was perfect, minutes from the beach, very nice supermarket was a cross the street, also a very nice coffee shop was next door to the supermarket. The place was extremely clean and had everything you need and more, very equipped kitchen, with all the tools you need to make any meal you want. Mario and Christina’s hospitality was outstanding, my husband got sick during our stay, I messaged them for some tips on where to go to get medicine, they immediately replied, stopped by and gave all the information needed and shared some of the cold/flu medicine they had, because it was Sunday and there was no near by pharmacy was open. I can’t express how much I appreciated everything they did, and how comfortable and happy they made us feel. Thank you ☺️

Siamo venuti in 2 adulti e 2 bambini ...perfetto perfetto perfetto... Praticamente la mia famiglia vorrebbe prendere la stessa casa,macchina (che e sempre di proprietario..) Siamo stati benissimo... Raccomando a tutti. 4 giornate purtroppo sono stati pochi...c'è tanto da visitare

We had a most enjoyable holiday in Paphos, Cyprus. Demetri is a great host. He is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all enquiries. The property is very nice and clean. Location wise, the property is a 'stone throw' away from many restaurants and amenities. The supermarket is 5 minutes walking. The harbour / swimming is about 3 minutes walking. Caffe Nero is less than a one minute walk. A great central location, close to everything Thank you again Demetri... we enjoyed your hospitality, with much appreciation, Abi and family

Wonderful apartment, which has everything you need for a full-fledged stay. Located in a good location, quiet, peaceful around, 10 minutes to the shopping center and the sea. I felt safe. You can see beautiful sunsets. The owners of the apartment - Estea were very friendly and pleasant. Convenient check-in and check-out. Would love to stay again!
