My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Enjoy a stylish quaint studio experience perfect for 2 with beach around the corner and bay water surrounding the property. The cozy newly remodeled ground level studio is located just 0.3 mile (5 minute walk) to the beach. Lots of natural light with two bay facing windows; you may just catch a beautiful sunset while relaxing inside the studio or strolling down our quiet street in Sandbridge. While the studio has a private entrance from outside, it is attached to our main house (see details) .
