Great apartment! Very easy to find and clear check in and check out details. It is a huge apartment so as a group you have loads of space. Our stay was great thanks to Charlotte! It was slightly noisy at some points in the night but it may have been because it was a bank holiday weekend. Didn’t bother us and was expected due to such a central location.

A beautiful place, easy to find and felt at home immediately. Very well appointed, bathrooms and kitchen spotless and very straightforward to use. Stunning views and peaceful surroundings, all made for a very pleasant stay.

We had an amazing weekend at Dave’s place, met with two friends to explore Bristol and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for that, so central and everywhere was walkable, so much to do! The space was huge, felt very luxurious and full of thoughtful touches, would recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was cozy, quiet and had everything we needed for the long weekend.

Jane was an excellent host and responded to my enquiries before booking and whilst we were there. The apartment is bright and airy with a perfect balcony where you can watch the sun go down whilst listening to the birds. The spa on site is great, outdoor pool is a little fresh! You need to book a slot in advance in busy periods but Jane will send you all the details you need. We had a really relaxing stay and would stay again.

Sadly, due to the hours I was working, I didn't have too many opportunities to use the enormous balcony and furniture, but on the few occasions I did, it was great looking out over the river and watching the sunset. Being there for a month, It was essential that I had somewhere homely and comfy, and this certainly was. There were other shocks too, like kitchen knives that were SHARP! Good selection of cooking equipment. Useful bits and pieces in the kitchen cupboards! Amazing! Hope it's still free in 2027!

My wife Jan and I stayed at Mark and Helen's Apartment for a few days and found it very spacious and clean with separate living/kitchen/dining, bedroom and large shower /bathroom areas. All the necessary kitchen utensils were included as were toiletries and towels/flannels. Mark was available at all times should we need any help. We would definitely stay at this Apartment again.

Great place to stay if you want to be within easy walking distance of all of the amenities. The place was clean and spotless and well presented. The heating was on so it was a bit warm when we arrived. Secure parking was a bonus albeit a bit tricky to manoeuvre in a small space. You wouldn't get a large car in and there was restricted headroom if your car had a top box. The whole apartment was well equipped although an oven glove and baking trays would have been useful and the saucepans had seen better days. Overall we would give it a 5 star rating as the issues I mentioned are really only an issue if you are cooking for yourselves. And be prepared for the seagulls as they can be a bit vocal at night. But we enjoyed our girlie break and had a super time.

Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

Jerry and Jacqui couldn’t have been more welcoming and we had a wonderful stay in their exceptional home. It is full of fascinating artifacts, brilliantly located and very comfortable. Many thanks indeed.

Beautiful surroundings, lovely views to wake up to. Extremely comfy bed. Loved the big tv's. Really nice ammenities, and easily walkable to some of the other lakes,nice woodland walks and a great base for travelling around the cotswolds.plenty of local info in the basket on the table on arrival

We had a lovely stay at Summer Lodge. It was easy to access and check in. The expansive area downstairs comprising lounge, dining and kitchen provided loads of space for us to congregate as a family but there were also many private areas to allow people to disappear from the crowd as desired and everyone was happy with their own sleeping arrangements. The location was stunning overlooking the lake and we would have no hesitation in booking again.

We had a lovely Easter break in this house with our family (8 adults). The weather was perfect so we enjoyed playing tennis and paddle boarding on site and walked to the pub in the village.

Lovely place right on the water. Looks better than the photos. Had everything we needed in a great location with access to pool and with onsite restaurant and little shop. Perfect for a get away would come again

We had a wonderful stay in the Cotswolds Water park. A beautiful home with stunning views of the lake. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable and provided enough space for 6 adults and 3 children (one in a travel cot). It is very modern and spacious with so much thought in the decor. Board games and bat and ball games were a plenty and added some extra fun to the weekend! The outdoor area with comfortable furniture and beautiful views were very much enjoyed. The hosts allowed us to use their kayaks and paddle boards which we could easily walk to the lake. We enjoyed the park a few minutes walk away as well as footpaths with stunning scenery surrounding the house and gated community. Coffee shops, bistros, brasseries and pizzerias were all close by and excellent! Jon was an excellent host, on hand to make our stay comfortable. We really had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely stay at Helen's place. Clean and tidy with good amenities. Helen was really proactive in contacting us and was super friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. clear instructions for checking in were provided along with some useful guidance on the area. House was spacious and provided a very comfortable stay for a family of five. Very close to he marina for a lovely stroll, bars, restaurants and shops.

Quiet and off the beaten path, but a quick walk to town. Loved the faint sound through the window of the little river running next to the apartment. The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Feels like it was recently redone. We appreciated the heater in the bathroom to warm our towels. When we messaged her with a question, Lesley responded very quickly. Would love to stay there when we visit Oxford again. This place is a gem!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also ideal – close to everything, yet quiet enough to truly unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Comfortable homely feel. Nice to have use of a garden. Lots of good dog walks close by. Neighbours were friendly and the block was quiet and felt safe. Flat was well equipped with everything we needed.

Wow! Where to even start! This was my first time using air BnB and Ted has made it an amazing experience. Ted was super helpful from start to finish. I struggled with the booking system, no worries for Ted! He asked me to request the dates again and we booked straightaway. He was quick to reply and came across friendly and professional. When we arrived at the property, thanks to the guide we had received from Ted, getting into the property was a breeze and the location was easy to follow. Thanks for the annotations and pictures! Now onto the main event, the property. The flat was exactly as described and pictured and wow, that view off of the balcony overlooking the docks really is something else! The flat was very clean and tidy, had basic amnesties available as well as tea, coffee, milk portions in the fridge etc. The bedrooms were well stocked with towels and plenty of hangers as well as soap etc. The stay/flat was really wonderful and Ted even more so. Thank you, Tina and Johnny for graciously sharing your stunning studio, garden and river access with me for the last week! The weather was incredible and I made the most of it, swimming in the river every day and enjoying my breakfast on the sunny decking every morning before heading to my training. I've stayed at some beautiful Airbnb places over the past decade but yours was the most magical! With bats, kingfishers, swans and geese and a very territorial pheasant! Couldn't recommend your place more highly. Thank you too, for the lift from the station and then meeting me at the station with my luggage (and dry swim gear!) on my final day. One final thing for potential visitors to consider is that the fridge can be noisy during the night, so bring some earplugs or Snoozeband if you're noise sensitive like me.

Stuart's place was super convenient, very responsive host. The location is right on the harbourside which I think is the best part of Bristol. Really thoughtful to leave a couple of treats in the kitchen for us. It definitely felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended! Thanks again!
