Prepare dinner in a well-appointed kitchenette and dine inside in front of a best-in-class Dimplex electric fireplace/heater. Relax and enjoy company or watch TV in all-leather living room furniture. Luxuriate in our natural wood platform bed with a Casper memory foam mattress.

La Casita

La Casita is situated in our back yard. It is on the 1st level of 4 (4th at street), so be prepared to use stairs. Although once arrived it is very peaceful and quiet. Downtown Berkeley is ~10-15 minute drive. El Cerrito Plaza Bart Station is a 6 minute drive. Solano Avenue (shops and restaurants) is a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk). Farmers Market every Sunday (10-2) is a 7 minute walk. We look forward to having you stay at our property and happy to answer any questions you may have.

Cozy Berkeley Tiny House in Amazing Neighborhood

Our 200 sq ft tiny house is a perfect Berkeley retreat. It is walking distance to BART into San Fran. (1 mile), Cal campus (1 mile), Gourmet Ghetto (world-class cuisine), Berkeley Rose Garden, and the Berkeley Marina (1.5 miles). You’ll love our place because of the light, the comfy bed, and the coziness (it's a tiny house!). It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. We have 2 queen size beds including one in a relaxing loft space

Berkeley Hills Hideaway

Modern, comfy, newly-rebuilt studio in the lower level of our Kensington home is a peaceful home base for exploring the Bay Area. Neighborhood is close to U.C. Berkeley, Tilden Park, Memorial Stadium and the Greek. It's an easy drive/ride to San Francisco and Oakland, and there's plenty to see and do close by. Village shops and a cafe are a (hilly) walk away, and larger stores are convenient to reach. Tennis, basketball courts and walking trail are down the street.

Cottage in Heart of Albany, Steps from Solano Ave

Little Lemon Cottage is a 1 bd/1 ba 500 sq.ft. guest cottage located in Albany right next to Berkeley. Set in a cozy backyard near Solano Ave (dotted with small shops and cafes) it's an ideal location for those looking for a small town feeling close to the city. This cottage was built with the needs of our guests in mind, including in-unit private laundry. The cottage is located steps from an array of Albany/Berkeley culinary culture, cafes, shops, and markets.

Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

Our little guesthouse is completely detached from the main house and offers a quiet, comfortable and private place for work and/or relaxation. Enjoy the garden with a large patio, Adirondack chairs, umbrellas and big dining table. On site parking. Your guest quarters are located inside the same structure as our private exercise space.
