Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

The Avery House - A quiet hill country retreat

Welcome to the modern cabin in the woods. #TheAveryHouse is right outside of Kerrville & only about 20 minutes from Fredericksburg wineries. Get to the Guadalupe river in 10 minutes. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. FuboTV, a DVD player, a stereo system, breakfast, coffee and bottled water are provided. Property is gated with keyless entry to the Carriage House.
