The house is itself stunning - clean, neat and cozy and fully equipped with everything you could need, making it feel like a true home away from home, ensuring a seamless, hassle-free stay from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better! The house offers stunning views, is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Sussex Inlet. Thank you, Sue and William—we had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our stay in this lovely two bedroom home right on the canal in a quiet location was perfect. There is a tennis court and swimming pool at the site and the parking is very convenient right out front. The area is quiet and relaxing. The home is very clean and tidy it has every convenience you could need and very close to town. Will definitely stay again.

We have stayed at lots of air bnb’s as we travel a lot for sport. This one topped the list!! We opened the front door and the place was absolutely immaculate, it was perfectly clean, the furniture was very well presented and we felt right at home. As we unpacked our groceries we noticed a well equipped kitchen which is so hard to find in an air bnb. The beds were all super comfy with spotless linen and even comfy pillows. We will absolutely be coming back to this gem. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home, it really goes to show that you’ve well and truly thought about everything to make your guests feel comfortable.

We couldn’t fault this beautiful seaside home. The position on Mossy Point is amazing. The house is extremely well appointed and has so much charm and character. There was nothing missing in the kitchen, the rooms are styled beautifully and are practical with great storage for clothing etc. There are even boogie boards for the beach. Nothing is forgotten. The whole place is very comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Mark and Kathy are terrific hosts. So proactive, responsive and generous. We loved staying with our family and would highly recommend this beautiful character beach house. 5 stars!!

The house was incredible for our Easter weekend away. Renee left us with a nice touch of placing Easter eggs around the house and little bunny footprints. The beds were incredibly comfy and we would 100% book the house again!

I took my son and family to this awesome spot, and we had a blast! It’s super peaceful, right by a beautiful water reserve—perfect for chilling, kayaking (they provide kayaks and life jackets!), or having a fish right off the property. The house is big and comfy, with three bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a killer verandah for BBQs and river views. The fenced backyard was great for my son, and there’s even a basketball court and park next door that we loved. It’s close to beaches like narrawallee beach too. Honestly, such a fun, relaxing getaway—we can’t wait to go back!

Loved the location and enjoyed our stay at capri apartments. It had everything we needed. Will be back again.

Jo is a wonderful host! Very friendly and welcoming from the get go, we were very impressed by the lux feel and the overall aesthetic of her home. Could not fault the cleanliness standards she keeps or the amenities available to make your stay a comfortable and easy experience (washer/dryer/dishwasher etc) Couldn’t ask for a better view or location either right on the water and in a quiet but central location.

Lee is a wonderful host and her place is cozy and quiet. The location is excellent, with beaches and restaurants in easy walking distance. I was slightly concerned that it is in a complex but this was not a problem at all. The place was quiet and peaceful and we had a great time. You have your own private garage with an automatic door, your own small backyard to chillax - like being in a home. Lee gave many great local recommendations and was very responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Accommodation could not fault, quiet are on the edge of town but still only a short walk into the town. Would highly recommend.

Stay in sussex was really great, it was a family trip and the environment, location, the house was really good. We all had a great time. Mainly the location is really good, just in front of the water, close to the markets and also all the amenities were available.

Wonderful and relaxing stay. Close to some nice beaches and towns with good hospitality venues. Would absolutely return.

We loved our stay at Calm Waters. Very central to shops & restaurants, we loved swimming in the river opposite at high tide, mooring the boat out front & being able to take our dog! It was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend.

We very much enjoyed our stay and it was lovely looking out on the water. Very comfortable accommodation.

We had such a beautiful experience. Amazing space in such a wonderful location. Surrounded by all that green and nature and lake. We didnt leave the space, exactly where we wanted to park and enjoy some down time for a couple of days. The spa was so good. A bonfire to warm us up one eve and just an overall peaceful tranquil time. Already planning to come back! Thanks for sharing your space.

We had a wonderful stay in Caitlin and Michael's cabin. If you are looking for a wholesome get away off grid this is the one. The cabin is beautiful and super modern but still gives that old rustic feel the wood burner made it for us. Location is ideal just a short drive to husskinson and hymas beach. Caitlin was super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here

What an amazing place. The cottage was clean and incredibly comfortable. Tobi's communication was excellent & we really enjoyed the delicious home baked biscuits left for us. The house backs onto the lake and we enjoyed the basin walk alongside the lake. The house is private, quiet and peaceful. We even had the pleasure of waking up to a beautiful mob of kangaroos resting on the back lawn. We enjoyed our breakfast with them. They weren't phased by us at all. We can't wait to return for another peaceful getaway.

Bonnie Doon is such an idyllic cottage. It is packed with all the essentials but that sourdough is just something else - one of the best that we’ve ever had! The weather was dreary during our stay but the house was just so amazing that the kids had no problems staying in at all. There were lots of books and games to keep them busy. Bec was also such a great host to deal with. She was very communicative and welcoming so that made our stay even more pleasant. Thanks, Bec, for sharing your cottage with us. We’ll be back for sure!

We had a lovely experience staying at Linda’s cottage. The location is beautiful and true to the pictures and description provided by Linda. Linda was also a great host and communicated with us promptly and provided us with clear instructions and recommendations for our stay. The cottage was very cosy with all the amenities we could need for a short stay and and we felt comfortable right away. We would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to stay again in the future.
