Perfect weekend escape! Such a warm and welcoming little place with everything you need for a restful and relaxing trip.

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others looking for clean, safe and simple accommodation. Everything felt clean and comfortable when we arrived. We loved the fireplace, our daughter loved the table tennis table out the back, and our dog loved the backyard which was safe and secure. Going for a short, local walk at dusk was great for kangaroo, wombat and rabbit spotting also!

Had a great stay. Perfect location. Close to the beach, close to local restaurants and shops. Would 100% recommend and will stay there again for sure!

The Seaside Charm House was delightful. Set in a quiet, leafy street of Balnarring, it is great for walks and proximate to cafes, restaurants, Balnarring Beach (a short drive) and on to beautiful Flinders and Shoreham. Like many others have said the photos don’t do the place justice. A beautiful home, great host in a lovely secluded location. my family and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

A very pleasant stay. Great property with options to eat inside, in the backyard or on the verandah. Amenities were outstanding with fully equipped kitchen, great shower, comfortable beds and cosy loungeroom with big screen TV with Netflix. Also a number of heating options available. Quet location only 5 minutes drive to central Cowes. Owner was also very helpful and responsive. Well worth the stay

We stayed over the Easter long weekend and had a great time with family. The house was well presented, cosy, clean and super functional. A bit of a walk to town but easy beach access. Would recommend.

We had such a lovely time at Veronika’s home. The house truly feels like a museum with various antiquates and relics from all across the world. My partner was mesmerised by all these artefacts, the library which contained a vast array of books and the tranquil courtyard annexed to the bedroom. Waking up to the gentle morning light that filters through the branches and looking into the mossy courtyard was quite surreal. I was also in love with the pool area/ courtyard, with pink leaves, and the surrounding hills and gorgeous natural scenery of the property. The house itself is of course simply spectacular. The large windows allow you to see the landscape from any angle and when the sun filters in - it is simply stunning. At night, it is equally as gorgeous as you can see the stars from the living area. We were lucky enough to chat with Veronika herself to learn about the history of the house. If you go for an early morning walk you’ll see kookaburras and kangaroos - they were adorable

Absolutely lovely, very spacious and well appointed family home shared with us. Nice quiet surrounds with great outdoor areas. Being pet friendly was a great advantage. Everything was there, didn’t need for anything. Fully stocked pantry, toiletries and fridge essentials. Games and books in abundance. Entire property very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Exceptional host. Will need to include the whole family for our next stay.

Property was great, nice and private with sounds of the ocean and wildlife. The bungalow with kitchenette near the pool was a great addition for our group . Great entertaining kitchen that is well stocked with lots of pots , pans ,serving platters ect. Lots of space inside and out of the house for everyone to relax . We had a great time there.

The house and pool are lovely. The host was extremely responsive when we had questions. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Sorrento. It was spotless, exactly as described, and looked just like the photos—if not better in person! Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location was great, and we truly felt at home. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and hassle-free stay in Sorrento.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

I needed the mini getaway and the Fern cottage was just the perfect place. It was peaceful, clean and most of all it was pet friendly. So glad I booked it! We had a great time. Thank you Jennifer and Cliff for your hospitality and having us at your beautiful property.

Fantastic warm welcoming but still quiet. Great drive way access for a small boat or tinnie. Our dogs were welcome and so were we. Thank you for our great weekend getaway. We hope you will have us back. Kindest regards Pat

This place was perfect for me and my cat. It was quiet and within walking distance to a beautiful beach and shops. It had a relaxed feel and perfect for singles, couples and families. Ticks all the boxes. Thank you for a fantastic stay, I will sing its praises xo

Great central location, clean and tidy and had all the amenities required for a great stay with family

The property is nice cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and loved the coffee machine. Bathroom was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall stay was pleasant. I recommend this property if you have your own car to travel.

Nice and close to wedding venue we had to attend at Mt Duneed. House had everything you needed. Was clean and the beds super comfy. Very quiet location.

My little family had a lovely stay at Rye Beach Shack between Christmas and New Years. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and Woolies (about 10 mins) from the property, as it was so packed down at the waterfront parking was really hard to come by. Amber was very responsive about questions. A great place to stay and relax after Christmas :)

we had an amazing weekend here with our little doggies. the place is comfortable and peaceful and so close to some amazing coastal walks. highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay, lovely walk to a beautiful beach. The view over the golf course was so peaceful. A lovely neighbourhood, with friendly people. We all had a blast and loved the space and was a great for our dogs and great to have a doggy door that went into the garage. Would recommend this place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.
