Welcome to Alpha's Log Cabin, the perfect getaway. Relax in the quiet of the woods on the covered porch and hear the sounds of babbling creek. The Living Room has a Sleeper Sofa, Wood Stove, Smart TV, board games and books. The kitchen is fully equipped. A loft bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed. The cabin has an outdoor firepit and charcoal grill. The cabin is located 5 miles from the Town of Franklin in the midst of many outdoor activities. Winter months 4 wheel drive/chains required.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

Bright and cheery in the bedrooms best suited for 2-4 adults or family with children. Wonderful sound of the river throughout the property. Step outside to hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails, and stocked lakes and streams. Well maintained paved state road to cabin driveway. The house is 20 minutes West of Harrisonburg VA and JMU.

Quaint and charming Olin’s Ridge in nestled quietly in the foothills of Augusta County. This cabin is perfectly suited for a couple or small family seeking a quiet escape. A simplistic experience, with an Alexa, Wi-Fi and personally controlled heating/air throughout. Outdoors you can sit under string lights by the fire pit, enjoy a peaceful dip in the hot tub, or a swing on the front porch. With a short walk, you will find two ponds with spectacular views of the blue ridge mountains.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck along with the peace of nature and the gentle babble of Smith Creek.

Kick back, relax, and enjoy the outdoors, in this stylish three-bedroom camp. With the Big Run River at your front door and Sawmill River at your side, with endless possibilities from kayaking to amazing native trout fishing. Also, bordering national forest on three sides, making this an ideal location for hiking, biking, hunting, horseback riding, and just enjoying the beautiful scenery. This camp also offers a small fenced in field to accommodate your horses while you visit.
