Das Moyroe Cottage liegt am Rande von Nenagh auf einem Teil unserer Milchfarm. Die Stadtmitte mit ihrer Einkaufsstraße, diversen Pubs, Restaurants, dem Visitors Centre und dem Nenagh Castle sowie der Bushaltestelle liegt ca. 25 Geh- und 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Tesco ist der am nächsten gelegene Supermarkt-5 Fahrminuten. Die Autobahn M7 ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten, Wanderrouten o.ä. in der Umgebung. Bei Bedarf stehen wir hier gern für nähere Infos zur Verfügung.

The area is renowned for its water activities which include fishing, boating, sailing and scuba diving.Hill walking trails and cycling are also very popular.

The Old Brewery

Ideal for walkers, Glennagalliagh (Valley of the Hags) is situated on the East Clare Way. The sheltered valley is nestled in the foothills of the Slieve Bernagh Mountains with Clare's highest peak; Moylussa (532m) standing behind. The apartment is a converted brewery with views towards the Ardclooney River and the hills above. 4 miles from the picturesque riverside town of Killaloe/Ballina and pubs, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, markets, fishing and watersports/beaches of Lough Derg.

Tom Rocky’s Farmyard

This old farmyard has undergone a beautiful restoration. The open space & scenery all around here is stunning, with the Devils Bit mountain as a backdrop. It is a really peaceful spot. There is a large, enclosed yard space and an open shed area with lights & seats, and a roofed kids play area. The old market town of Templemore is a 4 min drive, boasting a beautiful town park with woodland walks & a lake. We are just 12 mins drive from Exits 22 or 23 on the M7 Dublin-Limerick motorway.

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle
