A lovely summer cottage for bbqs in a summer evening after a day at the beach. And great in the winter with a cozy lounge to snuggle down next to the wood burner.

The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. Situated just a five-minute stroll from the village of Kilkhampton, the most northerly village in Cornwall and is believed to date back to Saxon times. The village now boasts a real sense of community and features a village pub, a family butchers and two shops.

Close by, approximately a 12 minute car drive is Bude with its beautiful coast line and lovely charm. There you will find quirky shops and a variety of restaurants from fish and chips to fine dining.
