Wee Varrich

Wee Varrich nestles within a delightful landscape; a fusion of carefully sculptured plantings of trees, shrubs, hedges, lawns and vines, against the power of the Stanley State Forest. Situated on the edges of Stanley village, the entrance to Varrich is a winding path through tall eucalypts. The property is situated on 2.49 hectares on land that was mined during the Gold rush era of the 1850’s. Wee Varrich is a fully self-contained cottage adjacent to the main house and secluded by plantings.

Located a short stroll from the Main Street of Mansfield Anstee historic Cottage was one of the first homes built in Mansfield circa 1885. It has been fully renovated and beautifully restored into a 2 bedroom luxury Victorian period cottage with your own entrance, veranda & front garden. Set in a english cottage garden with roses outside your bedroom windows for you to enjoy. 'Top of the Hill House' is a 120-year-old rural farm cottage situated on our hobby farm at the top of a hill in Goorambat, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, just 15 minutes' drive from Benalla. This rustic cottage has retained many of its original features, is clean and comfortable, and faces east so that you can see the superb sunrises. It is a perfect rural retreat for couples, families or small groups...and we also have a pool you can use in summer! We have solar panels too.

Delights inside the cottage include a rainwater shower, bathtub, fireplace, an espresso machine & super comfy bed linens. Our recently renovated cottage loves the environment & uses rainwater, solar power & vintage European furniture.
