The river channel provides many opportunities to see wildlife such as ducks, eagles, deer, beavers, river otters, turtles and much more.

Outside is a picnic table and fire ring. Both cabins share a modern bathhouse with a shower, sink, and toilet. You can walk down to the river or walk across the road to the Sportsman Bar for food and drink.
