Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Welcome to the Acorns, a modern self-contained annexe within a superb countryside location in the village of Kelly Bray with good access to the A30 & A38 main roads. The annexe is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking & patio area. It is off the main road & has countryside views across our field. A perfect base for couples, nestled between Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, and on the main bus route from Plymouth to Bude. The bus stop and village pub are both a 5 minute walk.

Micro Barn Conversion - Hot Tub - Dog Friendly

This adorable barn was converted by my dad and I, using as many upcycled materials as possible. Where we couldn't use recycled materials we sourced locally ( All the timber was processed 5 minutes away!) The Barn comes with its own enclosed south facing garden and personal vegetable patch you can harvest from! We are located 334m above sea level in the Tamar Valley and within walking distance to Kit Hill Country Park. The views from the barn are incredible especially at sun rise!

All of the finishes from slate floor to oak timbers, WiFi and smart TV plus an EV charger are designed to make sure you have everything you need for a great holiday.

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space.
