700平米の広大な敷地内にある、大阪・「堺ガーデン＆ヴィラ」は2階建の別荘で、閑静な住宅街に位置しています。 物件までのアクセスは、車（レンタカー）かタクシーが便利です。（詳細はJAPAKUのホームページへ） 関西空港から約25分、阪神高速を経由、堺泉北有料道路の平井出口から10分です。東京方面からは名神高速吹田IC経由、近畿道・美原北ICから15分です。 大型車2台分の駐車スペースがあります。 電車で来られる方の最寄駅は南海高野線「初芝駅」から徒歩。または南海ラインおよび地下鉄御堂筋線「なかもず駅」からバスがオススメです。 初芝駅からタクシー4分、徒歩13分（1.1 km）。 なかもず駅（南）からタクシー9分、南海バス(南バス停より６駅）14分、大野芝バス停より徒歩3分。 大阪市内(難波、心斎橋）には車で20分、ユニバーサルスタジオジャパンおよび梅田まで25分、奈良公園まで40分、京都四条河原町まで60分です。 当リスティングは世界遺産「百舌鳥・古市古墳群」および「高野山」が沿線にあり、仁徳天皇陵まで車で10分、高野山まで1時間30分、電車で約2時間30分の位置です。

This is a guest house that is an iron-framed 3 stories building. Guest rooms are 1st floor. We (family of 3) live on 2nd and 3rd floors. The guest rooms will be comfortable for 3 people to stay. Three beds are available. Kitchen and full bathroom that guests can use exclusively are equipped on 1st floor. Other basic amenities are also there. No shared ones. (See pictures.) I am fond of talking with guests in English. Long stay recommended, because you can enjoy yourself staying in Japan.

Please experience or your friends and genuine good old Japanese life with your family. You can feel free to use, such as 12 people a large digging your stand is there an event-party sit at the same time. System kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven,cookware, has to offer, such as tableware. Since there is a loft it is possible acceptance of the organization. Bedding will be available in the Japanese style. It is an old town house, but is already all the water around the renovation.

This is a newly renovated old Japanese house, a middle-class residence built in 1929 and renovated in 2017. It is a legal accommodation permitted by the city of Osaka. Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.
