La stanza non era pronta all’orario del check in e ci è stato comunicato 15 minuti dopo dell’orario stabilito per il check in, però c’è stata una ottima comunicazione e abbiamo risolto il problema avendo un parziale rimborso dei costi di pulizia e l’orario del check out è stato modificato per recuperare il tempo perso. If you are traveling to Osaka in a large group and looking for a place to stay, this one is the place to be. You will be impressed by its ample space, cleanliness and convenience. The only issue with this place is that none of the bedrooms has been equipped with curtains, so I find it difficult to rest after the sunrise.

Hossy is a great host. He was really helpful, had some tips and answered fast.

Jiao’s place is squeaky clean. Her place is quiet and relaxing. My family enjoyed our stay. She is also very helpful when I ask a question. Surely we will book again when we come to osaka next time. 🥰

I made a reservation for a family trip, and it's great to find. There are many food restaurants around, and it's located in the Kuromon market, so it's good to get groceries. It was nice to be able to take a break from time to time when traveling to the Namba area of Osaka and come back to the accommodation within a 10-minute walk if you needed a break. The accommodation is spacious and clean for a family of four to use. It's incomparably spacious and nice compared to a Japanese hotel. The kitchen has dishes, a refrigerator, and a microwave, and a TV, dryer, many hangers and washing machines, making it the best hotel I've ever stayed with a family. I think I'll make a reservation next time if I have a chance. If the host asks, please reply quickly and thank you very much.
