A beautiful view from the front porch looking out to the hills. We don't have TV. Great wifi. Uvalde is 10 miles away with antiques to shop...HEB grocery store is a great place to get your groceries.. Stop by Farm Fresh Beef (our business) and Open Range. Concan is 20 min away with clear crystal rivers to enjoy.

Bottom level has a full size bed, full bath, fully stocked kitchen,stove, full size refrigerator, coffee bar, screened in porch. One bathroom inside and half bath outside. Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

With all of the amenities of home (full kitchen and laundry, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room meant for gathering), this space is ready for getaways for family and friends. Located in the heart of Downtown Uvalde, walk to shop and visit your favorite restaurants. Afterward, sit out on the balcony and enjoy an evening by the firepit. Completely remodeled Fall/Winter 2020. Rates are for the entire apartment (not per room).
