The Countryside Suite

Welcome to The Countryside Suite located in the rolling hills of central Ohio! This suite sits on 42 acres of farmland evoking a sense of piece and tranquility. We are conveniently located 2.8 miles to Gambier and Kenyon College and 2.7 miles to Mt. Vernon and the Nazarene University. This is a private suite with a private entrance located on the lower level within a hallway shared by two other units off of the main Manor House. Each suite is on a different level affording maximum privacy.

Experience staying in a 200 year old barn! Barns are not just for animals! We tore down stalls and haylofts to create 30 ft ceilings for custom open floor plan living rm,dining, and custom hickory kitchen. Following barn imprint; the milkroom became a laundry room, 1st floor bedroom with private bath. The brick fireplace crackles and the French doors open to allow sounds of nature inside while you have your morning coffee. The 240 acres surrounding you takes stargazing to a new dimension.

Cabin on Shimmering Pond

This rustic 2-bedroom cabin is conveniently located on large private pond just outside the city limits of Mt. Vernon with shopping, dining, brewery and entertainment. We are pet friendly (additional $50 per stay, max 2 pets) with all the modern convenience, fully stocked kitchen, 50" flat screen smart TV, washer/dryer and fast internet. Outdoor fireplace/grill is the perfect hangout just steps from deck overlooking the large pond. 4-person paddle boat is there for use during your stay.

Stay with us at the Tree house retreat! A cozy cottage in the beautiful, picturesque Apple Valley Neighborhood . The cottage includes everything you need to relax and unwind including a hot tub , fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar , gorgeous deck , custom fire pit, and lots of games and books . With 3 bedrooms and a lower level set up as 4th bedroom + 4 full baths, you have plenty of space for family and friends.

The Babble Brook Lodge is a large log home on 11 acres with a stocked pond only minutes from Mohican State Park. The lodge features a large covered porch overlooking the pond, a huge great room with a massive stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, loft sitting area, laundry room, satellite TV, high speed internet and air conditioning. A two car garage allows renters to park out of the weather.
