The beachfront villa is in Lisca Beach, Bailan Bay, Koh Chang National Park. It is located on a secluded sandy beach, less than 20 meters from the sea, offering beautiful views of the bay and surrounding forest. This is my own personal home and is available for rent only when I am in Italy and Lisca Beach Glamping is closed. As the sole resident, you'll enjoy complete privacy and a secluded stay, while being just a 5-minute walk from restaurants, shops, scooter rentals, laundry and a minimart.

The Pearl Luxury Pool Villa

A luxury two-bedroomed villa with a private swimming pool. The bedrooms are ensuite and have balconies. There's a private garden and a large outdoor living area around the pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and with top quality fixtures and fittings like flat-screen TVs in all rooms and a fully-fitted kitchen. The sofa-bed in the lounge adds another double sleeping space. The location is 100m from a rock beach on a quiet residential road just minutes from the busiest beaches.

Our apartment on the 2nd floor with a spacious terrace has a spectacular view of the sea. There is a bright sunny bedroom, a bathroom, a small outdoor kitchen and a huge shaded terrace. The is a working space/table with fast internet. The apartment has separate access via its own staircase. It is perfect for couples or single travelers seeking peace and quiet. As we live from November to April on the 1st floor ourselves, we are looking for quiet and considerate guests. No Smoking please.
