Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, wurde mit Charme eingerichtet und bietet grosszügig Platz. Linda war immer erreichbar und es hat alles einwandfrei geklappt. Ich konnte auch früher ein- und später auschecken, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Gerne wieder.

It was delightful in all respects. Except for the television not working. That is not at all acceptable in such a classy, upscale apartment. I would definitely come back again but until you fix the TV, pay the cable bill or whatever... just tell the truth about it. There is secure parking behind a locked gate. The onsite host is friendly, available and attentive. There is a wonderful creek running beside the home. We only used the kitchen to store and warm leftovers and make tea, but it appears to be well stocked. Lovely place!

Shareef was a great host, very responsive and attentive to guests needs and the place was exactly as described and did not disappoint. I will stay at Shareef's again next time I'm in Accra and definitely recommend his place for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I absolutely loved my stay in this unit. To be honest, I had randomly booked last minute on a whim after vacating a previous location and I’d initially made a reservation for just a day but ended up staying almost a week. The unit is spacious, modern, luxurious and tastefully furnished. More importantly, It was also really clean and comfortable with loads of amenities and supplies, fast WiFi etc. My favorite part of this unit though, has to be the patio/balcony. It wraps around from the living room to the bedroom and can be accessed from either room, which also gives you an amazing view of the cityscape right from the bed when the blinds are open (Now Imagine waking up to that ;)) and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Lastly, there aren’t enough words to be said about the host ‘Sharing.’ She is like a ray of sunshine. She’s friendly, polite, very responsive and kept checking in at intervals to make sure I was okay. I almost didn’t wanna leave. 10 over 10!!

Excellent stay. Room was clean and presented well. Will mention a few things to be transparent. Room is directly opposite building site where they are building another set of apartments so can be noisy in the mornings if you prefer a lie in. There is also a prominent smell coming from the bathroom this could also be due to the building my going on. Other than that very enjoyable stay in a prime location

Very nice modern and spacious place

Grayson Court is a wonderful home base for visiting Accra. The home is large, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. Mr Perkins, the caretaker on the property, is super friendly and extremely attentive! I stayed here for a work trip, and the team enjoyed it so much we came back the next year for a second stay. It is a great, private, safe home base, within walking distance of Oxford Street. The rooms are large and comfortable, with AC in each room. Mr. Perkins always makes sure the electricity and internet are topped up and that you're comfortable, and if we ever needed recommendations, he was quick to help out. He would even run errands for us if we needed him to! Clare is a wonderful host. Even with the time zone change she is extremely attentive and quick to respond. On my second trip our travel dates changed after booking the reservation, but she was very accommodating with the change. Grayson Court will be my home away from home every time!

Mr Daniel is a calm man and really friendly, the security guys were really assisting, the space is great, the kitchen is clean, always wanna cook something. Thank you Mr Daniel for allowing me to checkout late. I enjoyed my stay and it felt like home for me.

This is the second time we've been to William's house. It was just like the first time - fantastic. We will come back!

Totally impressed with the accommodation. Loved that one could easily walk to the main road where there is a plethora of shops including supermarkets. This was very helpful as I traveled with a toddler. Noah the caretaker is really great and Peter was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Our host (John) and his staff made our stay in Accura a memorable. His welcome letter was extremely helpful in preparing us for our trip. Justice met us at the airport and transported us safely to the house. He was very polite, informative about the area and available to transport us as needed. Although the house is a little distance from the airport, the drive is worth the wait. We were graciously greated by Lorna. She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and pleasing. She added a special touch to the continental breakfast by preparing fresh juice every morning. The home was extremely clean and spacious. The view of the ocean and the beach was amazing. If you are looking for relaxation and tranquility, this is place to be. Nice place and customer service was spot on

Andrew was an excellent host always attentive and easy to reach at all times, he also providing me and my other guests accommodation from the airport, and also providing restaurants and activities to do during my stay. The house was spacious and I alway felt safe at all times. I would highly stay here again the host and the house were amazing.

We stayed here for 12 nights and very happy with the apartment. All the amenities were as described and thankful for AC, WiFi and Netflix available. The swimming pool and gated community was an added bonus, and my children loved it the pool. Thank you Solomon.

Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes Appartement in einer schönen Lage. Die Gastgeberin war stets gut erreichbar und reagierte sofort. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Das Highlight ist der Pool auf dem Dach, wovon man die ganze Stadt beobachten kann. Leider machte der Wasserboiler sehr laute unangenehme Geräusche, weshalb wir ihn immer abschalten mussten, um Ruhe zu haben. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen einwöchigen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen.

the apartment is beautiful, the best place i have stayed in, i have travelled around africa, all modern appliances are brand new and are in working order, the only down side is the location, as for the nearest ATM and Supermarket is at the old barrier which is 25 mins in car, 15 min walk to the lovely beach and the local fish market (not Tuesdays)

We enjoyed our stay at Ara’s place. Oliver, her co-host, was kind, accommodating, thorough, and helpful. The unit is spacious and accommodated our family well. The pools were amazing! We used them every day and on many cases had the entire pool to ourselves. The air conditioning was efficient and helped greatly as our bodies adjusted to the heat. I also appreciated the generators that kicked on when we had a temporary power outage from a storm. We felt very safe in the complex as entry is controlled to registered guests and there is dedicated underground parking. We found the value for the unit to be very good. There were only a few items of feedback related to maintenance and light cleaning which I provided to Oliver but did not impact our stay. Oliver was very receptive to and thankful for the feedback. We would absolutely stay at Ara’s place again for the convenience, the space, and amenities of the unit and building (e.g. check-in / out, on-site pools, security, cafe, etc.
