Ferienunterkünfte in Kulon Progo Regency

Mas Prio Homestay is a wonderful local experience with warm Javanese hospitality. Prio and Farida are excellent cooks and preparerd us a traditional feastmeal to the occasion of my son’s 27th birthday. Never had such delicious nasi kuning before. Terima kasi banyak!!

Het was een stukje paradijs in Jogjakarta. De villa is luxe en ruim opgezet. De locatie is via Grab en Bluebird heel goed bereikbaar, de locatie combineert de rust van de omgeving met het toegankelijke naar de stad toe. De service die zij aan gasten bieden is van een zeer hoog niveau. Binnen is alles hoogwaardig afgewerkt tot in elk detail, waardoor het echt een fijne beleving was. De villa is heel sfeervol, zowel qua inrichting, als de prettige verlichting en de veranda met een fijne grote tafel. Ze doen er alles aan om je een heerlijk verblijf te bezorgen, wij hebben met twee gezinnen echt genoten. En elke ochtend stond er een gezond en spectaculair ontbijt klaar op de veranda. Als je een locatie zoekt waarbij je 4 luxe kamers wil, dan raad ik dit van harte aan. De staf die aanwezig is, is behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Great place to spend private time with family, responsive & helpful host, only thing is when we arrived, the main road was blocked due to a local event, so we had to turn around with quite difficult route, and maybe need some repair on the water system, everything else was awesome, would definitely return and recommend this place, cheers..

Nyaman, namun pada toilet ke-2 jet shower perlu ada perbaikan, selebihnya saya akan kembali jika berkunjung di jogja

Sangat puas stay disini walaupun cuma sehari. Sempat ada insiden kecil tapi Mba Tya amat sangat responsive. Dibawain snack pasar waktu sarapan. Keluarga semuanya merasa senang & nyaman stay di tempat Mba Tya & Mas Fadel. Deket ke area persawahan jadi bisa jalan-jalan/naik sepeda. Worth the price & akan balik lg kesini kalo ke Jogja, khususnya ke daerah sleman🫶🏻

Atiek & Andre represent the original idea of Airbnb, which is based on cultural exchange. They are both outstanding hosts and really looked after me. I felt welcomed like a friend. The traditional house is even more beautiful and spacious than you would expect from the pictures. It is truly a home and has a well equipped kitchen. I stayed in other places which were discribed as traditional, but this one was the best. It is very recommendable to have a car or scooter available. Alternatively you can also book a driver as mentioned in the listing. If you are planning to work and need WiFi, double check with the host before booking as it wasn't available during my stay. On the first day I used Atiek's hotspot and then got my own SIM card. Apart from the beautiful serene place and friendly hosts, I enjoyed learning about the community based tourism and sustainability activities.
