Everything about the place was great. Nice hot tub, nice outdoor seating area. Very quiet street and very close walking to public access and beach. The only complaint would be their internet. I had to make this a working vacation and I had to use a hot spot on my tablet in order to do that. The other guests were not able to connect either, but other than that I would highly recommend this place!!!

Gwynne's bungalow was very quaint, and at the perfect location! We were literally just steps away from the beach, and only a short drive to local shops and restaurants! The bungalow had beautiful beach views from the back porch. Our group enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the porch, with ample seating for everyone! Inside the bungalow, it was clean and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed that there was an outdoor shower to clean off before entering the home. The private parking on premises was a bonus and we really enjoyed the beach at Oak Island for early May! Not over crowded, and the street/location was quiet and in a safe area. Gwynne and her partners communicated very well with check-in/check-out directions and were very responsive during our stay. Check-in and Check-out was so easy! We will definitely be back to the bungalow in the future!

The house has plenty of room for a large family. My son and his family along with myself enjoyed our 3 days relaxing at the house and at the beach. We will definitely use this house again.

Shawn’s home was a perfect location! Right across from a public beach access and for a great precise! Would highly recommend it to others.

Loved, loved. loved our stay!!!!! Shannon was the best host for the best beach cottage!! The location is unbeatable as well as the great decks in the front and back! Beds are comfy and there are tons of beach amenities! I can't want to stay again!!!

Shawn’s place was peaceful Beautiful and very clean . Loved sitting on the Deck looking out at the ocean. The pictures and description of the place were spot on . It’s in walking distance for places to eat or have a drink The beach is directly across the street It’s in a very nice neighborhood Hope to stay again sometime The kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals

We loved our stay! The house is clean,comfortable and adorable. Easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. The tree lined streets are so beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is nice and well stocked. We loved the enclosed sunroom for coffee each morning. Allie was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and helpful!

Michael is an awesome host! It just so happened that the air conditioning unit had the blower fan go out on it just before we came. We asked Michael what was up and he came out himself to see the issue. After he diagnosed the problem, he worked hard to get it all fixed and running and we had working ac that very night as a result! Super nice guy who obviously knows his stuff. Would definitely come again if I get the chance. Wilmington is a beautiful area with lots to do and see!

Melanie was an amazing host, she responded very quickly to all questions. House is really nice and is in quiet neighborhood.

Angie was a great host, if this stay is on your radar just choose this! It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, it was a perfect distance from all necessities. Our host made sure the space was clean and comfortable, 10/10!

Fabulous stay. Wonderful home in pristine condition. Denise and David were very responsive. Best check in starter bag we have ever received. Beautifully stocked kitchen, they thought of everything! Great master closet with nice shelving. The only reason I gave 4 stars for value was we had to bring our own linens and towels since it was earlier in the season. Not a huge deal but for the price, would have been nice. Wouldn’t keep us from staying there again by any means. Would highly recommend this lovely home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The bungalow was clean and cozy, we felt right at home. Comfortable beds, very quiet street, we had no trouble sleeping here. We used the private backyard to grill and hang out. It was very well kept and green, with beautiful tall trees and comfy seating areas. The location is excellent. 15 min to restaurants, beaches, and many other attractions. The host was always in touch, friendly and informative. Went out of her way to mail something back we left behind at departure. We will keep this property in mind at our next visit to Wilmington.

Laura was wonderful in accommodating my family on their engagement weekend! The cottage is centrally located, and can walk to many eateries, the boardwalk, etc. The Emily exceeded our expectations and Laura was so responsive during our stay. The home was very comfortable and stylishly decorated. The kitchen had everything needed, and they even provided a bottle of Champagne! The screened porch and the outdoor spaces were a huge plus. The cocktail pool was a hit and we loved the green space for our dog Sailor. We would definitely book the Emily again! Thank you Laura and Jonathan for everything!
