Karl was a great host, always very responsive. The place was nice. Went during off season, so it was nice and quiet. Barely ran into other people staying in the homes or at the pool/gym. Great location, can sit on the deck and listen to the waves.

The kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very conveniently located, with lots of restaurants and eateries around. Ideal location with TONS to do!

Location is fantastic. Right on the beach. Wonderful view from the porch. Our family had a great stay. The condo is a little dated but for the location doesn’t matter all that much.

From check in to departure, our experience was Great! I would definitely work with Bryant Real again!

My husband and I and our dog had a great stay at Susan’s place! Everything felt very clean, comfortable, and private! The best part of this place is the location to the beach and the beautiful live oak trees surrounding the place! The place is also very close to Southport, so we were able to shop a little and see some of the filming locations of Safe Haven during our visit. Susan was also very responsive whenever we had any questions! I would recommend staying here!

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

We loved our week at Blue Turtle Cottage! It’s bright, clean and charming. Just a short walk to the beach. Leslie and Kay were lovely hosts. We’d definitely come back if our plans bring us to OKI. The king bed is super comfy!. Thanks for hosting us! 💙🐢

We stayed 2 nights. We arrived early and Katherine allowed us to check in early. Parking is available in front, but the street was very busy and Katherine made accommodations to park off street. Katherine made us aware of a parade the next day on the night before we left, which prompted us to leave earlier and miss the traffic. EXCELLENT host!

We've stayed here a few times now because the house is in the perfect location -- close to Wrightsville and Wilmington -- and great for our family. Andrew and Tonya are always great hosts!

We hated to leave this peaceful little cabin! The cabin is just as described - we loved the decor, our outdoor space, and being able to disconnect and enjoy our time together. The location is perfect to explore the area with great restaurants only minutes away.

Great location, between the marina & across the street from the ocean. Within walking distance to restaurants & the boardwalk. I thought the place was a little small for the $425/night cost (after all of the fees were calculated), but it worked out just fine for our short stay. Host accommodated us rescheduling due to the hurricane, so I was definitely happy about that!

This was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. Easy access to beach and pool was great. Easily walked to off site activities and food. Kids loved walking to get ice cream right off the beach. Relaxing on the porch for sunset and sunrises was awesome. We’ll definitely be back. And the owner was very accommodating when we had some travel issues.

Accommodations were just as described and the location was convenient to beach access. Carman and Becky were very responsive and helpful.
